The parking lot is small. However, when you enter the restaurant you will find in to be a small and cozy place to dine. It was noisy but everyone was enjoying their meals. The service was decent. But it didn't stand out. The food was good. I had the corn beef and the pasta for my side. I don't know if could get a substitute. I didn't ask nor was it offered. The sandwich was good. The garlic cheesebread was delicious. Another member of my party had the shrimp and pasta in garlic sauce. She had the add chicken and more sauce. She said there wasn't enough meat in it. She said that there wasn't any sauce. She ate the shrimp and chicken out of it. She ate very little of the pasta. The pasta was plentiful. I'm guessing that she was expecting a creamy sauce. I would recommend this place.

Consistently delicious! This little gem of a spot is a go to for classic Italian dishes that you expect to find on The Hill. I've been here a handful of times and the service and food is great! I brought my daughters and out of town company here for dinner at 6:00 on a Friday. We had to wait about 10 mins for a table, but no biggie. As soon as we were seated our server took our drink and appetizer order. Here is one of my favorite details about this restaurant: no alcohol, but you can bring your own for a $2 glass charge. So, grab a bottle of your fave vino from home or hit Schnucks on your way. I had the chicken piccata and it was devine. The lemon sauce is light with a little tang. The other entrees are in the pics. It's a small no-nonsense dining room. Not a spot to bring a group larger than 6-8. The food always comes out hot and the sauces are amazing!

I like Rich & Charlie's little place. It feels like a neighborhood joint even though it's on a major street with limited parking; the food is really good. The only downside is they don't serve alcohol. You have to bring your own. Also, if you arrive during prime dining hours you may have a wait if you're a party of four or more people, it's that small. The pasta dishes are all excellent. I've had many different dishes there and my favorites are the Lasagna and Tuta Marri. If you're lucky you can get served by the pleasant and sweet Amber who has great recommendations. Enjoy!

This small restaurant brings back memories of growing up in Ballwin. I came in for that reason and to enjoy a lunch size of my favorite, the pomodoro. If you don't already know, the salads are St Louis staples. Get the pizza next door and you will see why we like this gem so much.

The service was very quick. The food came out piping hot. The lasagna was slightly overwhelming and had way too much sauce and too thin of noodles. The Cajun chicken pasta was tasty.

Servers are very friendly, and the food is amazing. Huge portions though. It can get loud in the restaurant.

I took my family to Napoli Bros for my mother's birthday dinner. Perfect place for a date night or…read morenight out with friends or family. I had been a few times in the past but it was my family's first time. I don't drink alcohol and they have a great mocktail section! I got the NOPE-rol Spritz, it was delicious! My family and I split the white truffle fries and ciabatta as appetizers and they all got pasta dishes that they loved. I got a pizza (the Arugula) and unfortunately I feel as though I ordered wrong (which was my own fault), I didn't really care for it. When you took a bite it was like all the toppings fell off on the first bite. I think they cut the pizza before putting the toppings on which just made it harder to eat. I think the best part of the night was the service. We had Grace as our waitress (she was training another girl, but unfortunately I don't remember her name). They did a fabulous job - Grace did a wonderful job training her! It felt like we were at one of the more elevated Napoli's like Napoli III. They were so attentive and gave us great suggestions. Get that woman a raise! Well done, ladies!

The food will be very familiar from the perspective that everything we had was excellent. We started with calamari, and to our surprise there were also a small group of onion straws on the plate. It was served with 2 sauces (one marinara and one aioli - both were excellent). Don't skip the fried lemons, they are an added treat. We then moved on to the Napoli salad, it is as described on the menu...crisp, and appropriately dressed. Then we had the special pizza of the evening, it was a black garlic base (not strong) with mushrooms and burrata on top - delicious. We also happen to be sitting next to the area with the pizza oven - a must see if you are there. We did sit inside, but outdoor seating was available. What might not be so familiar, but I thought was great, was a more casual atmosphere, and decor, I would classify is as upscale casual. Our server was very pleasant, the only thing that surprised me was the time in between courses seemed a bit longer than expected, but that gave my friends and I a chance to catch up. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I will be back!!

You can order pizza at the counter by the slice or you can order one up their traditional pies or build your own. If you wish they do offer a kids menu as well. You just need to look at it online or ask for the copy behind the counter they do offer a selection of beer and wine along with soda, water, and milk. Make sure you save room for dessert as they do offer hand scooped ice cream, which is always a great treat. This style of pizza is very large and in charge so I always ask them to cut the slices a little thinner, but I love to watch everyone here in the Midwest hold up the giant slices like we're on the East Coast. This family restaurant never disappoints on nice Sunday afternoons on the patio or running in for a quick bite on a busy day. There are low top tables and high top tables rooms for parties of two and parties of 12. The prices are good and the taste is what keeps you coming back. The space is also fairly accessible for wheelchair users, but if it is busy, you may need assistance finding a proper table for your party so ask the cashier and they'll gladly help you.

All though, we may have scarred our poor server; I believe his name was Riley, for life. We came in on July 5th. After having celebrated an 80th birthday on Friday and a 250th on Saturday, we needed food. Poor Riley, jokingly asked my cousin if we all managed to keep out fingers. To which my cousin; having lost a finger to a table saw years ago, held up his hand and showed the server he was missing a digit. The young man's face was priceless. He excused himself to compose himself. He was such a good sport and came back and said he had, "put in his two weeks notice". Young man, if you read this, our family had a blast. The food was tremendous and every staff member that helped out was just as impressive as the previous one. Highly recommend GIO.
