Rich and Zack made myself and my sons feel at home. Neither of them attempted to "upsale" us, and…read morethey were both very "soft-touches". They were encouraging of us to take the 3 vehicles we test-drove to our own mechanic to have him look at them if we wished, which was a major plus for me. In addition, they were very much willing to work within my schedule when it came to visiting the dealership and finalizing the sale of the vehicle we ultimately purchased. They understand the needs of their customers and do their best to cater to those needs. The car prices were just right and reasonable. I recommend them and the dealership.

I bought a Ford Ranger that looked good in the pictures they showed on their website. When I went…read moreto look at it (one & a half hours away) it was covered in scratches from what appeared to be from someone that had "keyed" the entire length of both sides of the truck. I was willingly to accept the damage because the rest of the vehicle looked fine except for a fairly large dent on the passenger side that I knew I could fix by myself. They told me that their "mechanic" inspected it and said everything was fine. The tires needed to be replaced (which they told me on the phone that they were going to do). But when I got there, they didn't do it. So, after negotiating a price that I thought was fair, I decided to buy the truck in "Sold As Is" condition. When I tried to get it inspected, the truck bed floor and all the support brackets were completely rusted out. I couldn't see this damage because it was covered by a bed liner. The repair cost me over $2,000. My usual philosophy is "never buy a used vehicle from a roadside used car dealership", but I trusted the salesman. He was very polite and courteous (But not truthful). Nevertheless, I regret not following my own advice which is: ‼NEVER BUY A VEHICLE FROM A ROADSIDE DEALERSHIP‼ (Especially Trade Zone)
