They failed to mention that it had a HUGE exhaust leak, and a failed o2 sensor which I found out when when I brought it to another shop. The exhaust leak was so bad I don't know how they didn't notice? I guess they never actually looked at the entire car. Just the top of the engine bay. Well end of story, I wasted $280 for them to tell me what I literally told them when I gave them the cars to get diagnosed.

I had a visit from my brother several days ago and when he came inside he notified me that my…read moreentire back window was shattered. I was stunned!! There was no evidence of anything hitting the back window, it was just weird. So, I call my insurance agent right away and I chose to have Caliber Auto Glass do the work, especially since it's a preferred shop in State Farm's "preferred list". Within an hour or so, someone from Caliber called me and my replacement was scheduled for the very next day!!! I waited for the glass technician to call with a time and he calls around 10:30am and is on the way - ALREADY!! He, Alfred, and his work partner, Eric, were super nice, easy to talk to, and answered all of my questions. They got in there and replaced my back window and got all of the glass inside of the cargo area inside of my vehicle cleaned up with a vacuum and did a fantastic job! Took less than an hour and the guys were total pros. Thanks to Caliber Auto Glass for such a great job!! And an extra special thank you to Alfred and Eric!! I gave them a tip, but they deserve a raise!!! I can't thank you enough.
