My father took his dodge charger there to have the side of the car repaired. What should have taken less than a week to fix, took about a month. The work done was fine, BUT, my beef is with extracurricular activities that were performed while the vehicle was in their care. It seems that not only did they repair the damage, but they had to test drive the car for about 1500 miles, and test the child restraint system in the back seat as well. In other words, they used the car to joy ride around in for about a month before saying it was completed. I asked them about those two facts after the car was retrieved and brought home, and all I got was some bullcrap answer that maybe I was mistaken about the mileage and about the use of the restraint system. They're first class liars who look right at you and feed you a line of BS. I personally would never recommend them for anything. What else do they do with other people's vehicles? They're untrustworthy. They're liars. And they're users. And no matter what response they give to this review, it's not going to be truthful or sincere, because they don't want to look bad for lying and stealing. I don't recommend them simply because I could never trust them. You shouldn't either. read more

Went in for some damage to our 2018 Honda Odyssey minivan through AAA insurance. No hassle at all going through insurance + deductible. All the repair shops options that were sent to us had sketchy reviews except for Fred Guy's Auto Body Shop so we went with them. We are so glad we did, Cynthia has been so good at keeping us informed of the progress as well as estimates updates (to align with the insurance case). Outstanding experience. I took my car in for a quote on painting the hood and roof of my car. Steve took the time to explain the details of the paint job, quoted promptly, and completed the work in the timeframe (and at the exact price) that was quoted. He also went above and beyond in removing ingrained water/mineral spots on the side of my car that I had not been able to remove in years. I guess they're too busy I've given them a "3" star review since in order to post a comment I need to give them a rating. I didn't want to "ding" them with a bad review since my contact with them was limited and my experience was more confusing than anything else. I visited them for an estimate. The girl at the front desk asked me if I had an appointment and I told her I didn't. She then let me know that their first opening for an estimate as 2 weeks away. The next 2 places I visited were able to quote me on the spot. I ended up taking my business to one of those. Maybe I just don't understand how the body shop business works, but not being able to give me a quote for 2 weeks seemed kind of strange. read more

To start this off I'd like to say if I could give this place less than a star I would. There's so much stuff I can say but to keep it simple, I got into a car accident and the car that was hit was barely damaged. This all happened about 4 weeks ago and they refused to let me pay for it up until now, they wanted to charge me for some fake charges, keep in mind I'm a mechanic, and change out parts of the car that were not damaged. They wanted to charge $18,000 and I was very confused, so I asked to see the parts that were "damaged" so I go look and they literally too my face denied letting me see, but after a while of convincing they allowed me. After they allowed me I recorded this video of the parts, they flat out changed parts for the car that were not damaged and they added it to the charges. They didn't wanna take credit card so sure I got it in cash to give them, but then when I got there to made me put it in check. They also refused to give me a receipt but after me constantly complaining about it they finally gave in. These people are the worst service workers I've ever seen, they have horrible attitudes, and they refused to help me in anyway based off requests I asked to see. They refused credit card, money order, and cash when they have a plaque saying its all accepted, so they made me write a check. read more
