Lunchtime and dinner. Last stop before heading home for the night. A few groceries to pick up before I am in for the night. If I push for the 5 bus and the line is long I perhaps can still ride the 6 bus. Or I can hop off the 15 min bus and run in and catch the next hour bus in if lucky 10-15 min run buy and ride. I really miss that little corner store. Food court with tables and chairs if I had a forty minute wait. Good prices Good people Good location Sushi rolls yumm mmmm hmmm

The store is clean and organized, yet abundant with stock and shelves packed with everything you might need. Sale items are prominently displayed. Ample parking. Many staff members and customers are unmasked - presumably vaccinated - but is a little worrisome considering we are still in a pandemic.

This is my go to Fred Meyer. Couple reasons why! Its close to the boarder but its not the closest one to the boarder. This means that they are pretty stocked up when it comes to milk, bread, cheese and etc. Lots of Canadian go the Bakerview location and its very common to see shelves empty over there. Prices are reasonable and products are fresh. They are well stocked. Service is definitely better than their competitors (Winco, Grocers, Haggy, Safeway etc). I find that they do put sales or popular items at the front of the store. Its good and bad. I usually head over the isle before going to the front. If you are a frequent shopper here like myself, its a better deal to sign up for the card. Every $500 spent per quarter = to free money and coupons. Also they have their own products: Like Fred Meyer ham and chicken wings at the deli section. Came here for the July 4th sale. Remember to check out during festive events for deals. I heard from the cashier that they will no longer be carrying Canadian brand clothings anymore. So right now there is a massive deal on Canadian brand clothings.

Nice facility and the location is nice, since it's the closest supermarket near the Lakeway area.

It's really a Walmart alternative, but much much better in every way.

No longer. By the time I get my cold food home it will not be anything but a pile of bacteria. Here's a newsflash, Winco: you can't stay in business until you begin taking money efficiently from customers. I think you're gonna need to pay those 19 employees you have stocking and emptying the trucks...But you're gonna have to SELL that stuff that was on the trucks, and you're not gonna be selling it to anymore. I can't risk my life getting my food home after it has thawed and has poison. Your low prices don't mean anything if I can't check out in a timely fashion. You're bringing it in, and you're putting it on the shelves, but you aren't taking money efficiently. That's just plain stupid. THIS IS N O T how to run a business.

I am gluten free and vegetarian and…read moresometimes just don't feel like finding a restaurant and waiting for takeout, so I decided to just go here and see what they had at the hot bar. They had several kinds of indian food, a lush salad bar, and TONS of fresh-made deli items. I was tempted by a grilled salmon salad, gluten free mac and cheese, and the gluten free carrot cake. Ended up getting a vegan tofu burrito bowl and it was so good! I couldn't help but browse the snacks. They had every brand I love here, with flavors I had never even heard of. Ended up somehow resisting the desserts and huge fridge dedicated to olives and pickled goods and just got out with a few kinds of vegan jerky (which is hard to find for me). Again, heaven. I will have to come back on a cheat day when I am ready to sample all the gluten free dessert.

The food, of course, is high quality so it was worth it. People here are always super friendly and walking around is fun. We don't live here so don't do our regular shopping here. The inside (and out) is well kept and welcoming. I love seeing what the soap sample of the week is.
