Just a suggestion, as big as you are, increase your order size dramatically so that all of your customers can enjoy the products that the collectors scoop up before anyone else gets a chance to try them.

On to the store, typical liquor store, not many choices on mixers but a great selection of spirits. The staff was friendly and this place was crazy busy on a Saturday night. Every liquor store in NZ will have the same price on all spirits, it's all regulated by the state of NC. Like Charleston, closed on Sundays, but they do stay open later so that's goodie guess, clean store and again a great friendly staff. Not much else, lots of Tequila for those margaritas!! Good selection including Patron, ahhh yes, Patron. I gotta try this Strawberry Tequila. Looks yummy, cute bottles. Great location in Rolesville close to our home in WF. Convenient. The only reason why I put 4 stars instead of 3 is because I was able to find my plum wine and a bunch of different local and imported beers.

I asked her about a glass of wine a customer just ordered and she provided me a sample. I ordered a glass and sat at the bar for about 30 minutes and enjoyed the glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. The atmosphere is super family friendly, there were several families in there at the time. It's a shop, so there are plenty of people in and out buying beer and wine. There's a bar with plenty of seating and TVs. There are a couple of booths as well. There are benches outside and a couple of heat lamps. They several events from wine tastings, wine and beer classes to fundraisers.

I stopped here last week and was pleasantly surprised at the beer and wine selection that were on shelves and in the coolers. Both are fairly extensive. There is a bar which is in the center of the space. They have a nice tap selection featuring beers from the Red Oak, Raleigh and Trophy Brewing companies. I sat and had a nice IPA from Bombshell Brewing. I then purchased a six pack of Hazy IPA from RBC. While I was leaving I noticed a Taco food truck pulling up for the night. We don't go grocery shopping often and tend to do one big trip once or twice a month. Having said that, most of the products here were either expiring within a few days or were already expired. I was looking at some cheese, I sometimes do the "manager's special" which means it's expiring soon. The cheese I picked up was completely molded. The produce section is a hit or miss. Nearly all of the bags of premade salads were expiring within a few days and the onions had fruit flies and bruising all over them. The soon-to-be expired food selection really makes grocery shopping for the month really difficult. On top of pricing, this is no longer the cheaper grocery store option in Wake Forest. The staff have always been lovely and oddly enough, I've made connections with quite a few people working in the checkout section. Unfortunately, due to high prices and nearly expired food every visit, I won't be coming back.

Instead we got a white cake and white frosting. We were told at pick up "I can try to fix it" but did not tell us what that meant. More likely than not just scraping the frosting off and putting on new. She did take off the price of putting the logo on and then offered the wonderful excuse " The logo is better on white anyway yellow frosting would tint the logo yellow" Guest services said "Oh, I'm sorry" and did not offer any assistance whatsoever. The correct answer should have been "What can I do take make it right". Now we know why it's guest services and not customer service as they provided no real customer service Overall our experience with the bakery and a custom order was terrible as was the lack of caring at guest services. I would consider not using them for custom orders or be specific in telling the to do what you ordered and don't make changes.
