Another disappointing visit. I don't think I will visit for a while. We ordered chocolate banana shakes and got chocolate shakes, no bananas in it. We paid for the large size, and got the small size, and was told it was the large size. I knew it was the small cup size because it's my second time visiting and my first visit was a bugger size. Love love love this location! Friendly service and always hot and fresh food. The best thing about living in the south is peppermint shake weather in winter! And let me tell you their Oreo peppermint shake did not disappoint and gave Chick Fil A's version which I consider the best a run for its money! I asked for extra candy cane pieces and boy did they deliver on that! Also love the boba straw you get to suck up all the mouthfuls of mix ins. The only thing they had going is the fries were hot. Walked in and the 3 girls in the front looked half asleep. The one taking our order just looked at us and said in an almost whisper, what can I get you. We asked to have our ice cream held till after our meal. They did not listen. My husbands order came out wrong. Something completely different than he ordered. My bottom bun was soggy and nothing even on it to make it soggy. I asked for no mustard but there was mustard. The concrete ice cream was melted as it could be, more like a milkshake than a concrete. I've had many concretes, we used to go to Freddy's every week when we lived in AZ, they are supposed to be thick and firm hence the name concrete. My husband ordered a concrete with cherries and chocolate chips. No cherries were even in it. The Employees look and act like they are literally in a fog. My husband said the bathroom was filthy. Most of the employees were just standing around chatting and laughing for about 15 minutes while none of the tables were being cleaned at all. I was a bit disappointed with my visit to this Friday's Frozen Custard. Friday's has always been good at other locations but they were HEAVY-handed on the salt at this one. Everything was cooked to the proper temp and prepared as standard Freddy's food but the meat was way heavily salted which was disappointing since I was showing guests from out of town around. The fries were cooked correctly, the burgers were good except for the HEAVY amount of salt which really can be disappointing. The vegetables on it refresh and the soda machine was functioning properly. The overall cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant was slightly less than other locations. It seemed a little bit disheveled. However, the staff was friendly and courteous! I give this Freddy's location one thumb up for aiming for the standards that Freddy's always has and and skeptical to come back to this location, unless they can improvements. If I could give 0 stars I would. Freddy's use to be the place to go. This Freddy's is very understaffed and the food takes forever to be prepared. Every time I try to place a mobile order, the person on the front counter just sits it on the back counter and forgets about it. Then when you try to ask for your food that is sitting on the counter they say no please wait. Then disappear for another 10 minutes. This has happened multiple times and I usually just ask for a refund. Do not even attempt a mobile order, they will forget about it and you will receive cold food. read more

Every month the community impact newspaper provides a coupon for custard at this restaurant. I never seem to make it over there, but yesterday I did. They offer a vanilla or chocolate cone. I chose the chocolate. The custard cone was absolutely the creamiest cone I've ever had and I will definitely be taking advantage of the January coupon. Sidebar: when I got to the drive-up window I sat for close to 5 minutes before someone brought me my cone. The girl skipped to the window as if maybe they forgot about me. Cannot get orders right to save their life. I use to order from Freddy's constantly with very few to little issues. Now, I order a large sundae, get charged for a large sundae, and get a regular sundae. I'll order a patty melt without rye bread and with regular white bread as I use to always get, but they either just give me rye bread or a regular burger bun. read more

The woman's restroom counter looks like it hasn't been cleaned in I don't know how long, and I'm honestly glad I didn't catch anything by stepping in there. There is a smell that comes from the men's bathroom walking down that restroom hallway; not sure how long it's been since it's actually been cleaned throughly. Whoever is cleaning those restrooms needs to be doing a better job. How do y'all expect to run an establishment if you can't even keep up with basic food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality. Twelia Helaire is one hell of a joke of a general manager and doesnt "deserve" to be in any position of authority. She is disrespectful to her own staff especially to her own management team and does not know how to build value on a company. Being rude to not only customers but your team as well. Do not allow your children to work for this establishment. The general manager Mrs T. enjoys spending her time belittling and bullying the younger staff members that work there. I am appalled by the messages I read on some private chat group she uses with the workers at this establishment. This woman drinks in the parking lot and sits in the office with her favorite employees. She teams up with her favorite employees and cusses at and bullies 15 and 16 year old employees. This general manager makes jokes on how she can get away with what she wants because she golfs with a corporate member named Brian. This isn't the first time this woman has bullied children either, then she will erase group chats and start news ones, thinking she is hiding the evidence. This woman does not belong working with children or with public in general. Also she allows 15 year olds to work more than they are suppose to. She has had complaints to corporate about her before. My daughter worked her way up to supervisor in less than a year but I will not allow my child to be treated the way I seen this woman speaking to her so I have had her quit working for this shameful company. To add to it. When I told Mrs T my daughter will no longer be working there in her very inappropriate chat. She abruptly shut my daughter's direct deposit off so she couldn't get her check tomorrow. My husband went with my daughter to drop off uniforms so she wouldn't get bullied by this woman anymore. Talk about customer service. We were missing some items a while back, called them and let them know. It was no big deal but they offered us comp cards. I told them I would go pick them up but I completely forgot. They mailed these to my house with a sweet letter from the assistant manager Hannah.
