I adore raising Cane's!!! I tried it one other time a few years back and I had to try it again when I came to Houston. Just as good as I remember. That sauce is king. Tenders were juicy and the fries were cooked perfectly as well as the toast. The drive thru workers were very kind and patient. I am so glad there is now a Cane's in my city. I USED to love Raising Canes and ate at this location frequently. I had not been in quite some time and my husband and I decided to stop by here this weekend while running errands. I was excited bc it had been so long, and we even ordered extra sauce (.35 cents LOL) to make sure our food was extra delish. We got home and I opened my 3 piece box and thought surely, I had been punked... each of my 3 tenders were the TINIEST TENDERS I have ever seen. They might as well have been called nuggets... so I had my husband open his box and his were the same... so freaking small... we didn't end up needing the extra sauce bc we barely had any chicken. Used to really like this place when they opened. I don't know if they have been cutting the chicken tenders in half, but for the price it's definitely not worth it. All of my chicken tenders are tiny. I haven't had this issue at other Raising Cane's locations, even on the east coast where the cost of living is higher. This establishment just opened in the area, and the lines were LONG! But surprisingly no worries there. Even though they only have 4 things on the menu the line went by really fast. I was in and out within 5 mins. Food- the chicken tenders are huge. There's a lot of whiteness in the chicken. A lot. The fries are all crinkle cut. They were a little cold but ok. The toast isn't a regular slice of bread you get at Whataburger. Honestly their toast is better then Whataburgers. They have their own sauce which isn't for my taste buds. I love canes but It was really hard to enjoy while mangers were being rude, sitting right next to me and my husband literally putting an associate down by telling her everything shes doing wrong rather than telling her somewhere in private. Where your guest won't hear. Super rude on these managers part not a way to treat your associates. I haven't been to this location in a while, but went tonight and I guess there are new workers now but I didn't have a very good experience. I wasn't greeted at the window was told my total I quickly paid and got my food, but the girl shut the window on me before I can even ask for hot sauce she didn't even say thank you for or anything for that matter. I will start by saying that I love Raising Canes. My Caniac Card has around ~330 visits. I was a regular at some other locations, but quality went down which led me to stop visiting. We stopped by this RC today for some chicken. I loved everything about this location. It was clean and the wait time was quick. When we walked in, a large number of folks were leaving. The staff was QUICK to clean the table and welcome us. Onto the food. All of the chicken and fries were piping hot. The chicken was flavorful and the fries were at the just the right amount of crispiness. My faith in RC has been restored - we will be back to this location. read more

Raising Canes has the best iced tea in town. I'm not a fan of sweet tea. I love fresh brewed unsweetened tea. Because of this, I know when the tea is fresh brewed or not. I can even tell if the spout is clean or not, just by the taste. I could drink it every day. The chicken is always fresh tasting and I'm pretty sure they make it to order each and every time or else I just have the best luck when I order. I don't normally like chicken fingers, but I really do like Raising Cane's. I stopped at this location today for a bite--actually a box. I got a polite greeting, and after a short wait I got my fingers. They were hot and fresh out of the fryer, and as tender as any white meat chicken fingers I have gotten anywhere. They do not squirt injected juice either, it seems to be the perfect balance. The fries were cooked perfectly. The toast was grilled nicely (but only on one side??) and the seasoning balance was right on. The sauce is very tasty with a nice depth of flavor. I use it on everything--fries, chicken, and toast. My only disappointment is the coleslaw. It barely has any flavor. I ate it anyway, as I am not normally a fan of coleslaw so more flavor is not necessarily better. They could reduce their menu from 5 items to 4 and it would not be missed. The staff was cleaning tables while I was there, and the bathroom was spotless and perfectly functional. If everyone in your group can agree on chicken fingers, this is the place to go and this location is great. read more

Although I did not get anything eat on this particular outing, what I was most impressed with was the person working the front counter. According to the receipt, her name was Andrea. She was the most polite and cordial individual! She offered me a drink (at no cost) while I waited for my son and his friend's order. Best fast food fried chicken tenders. I have never ordered and gotten lukewarm food or cold food (which I hate). It's always burning hot they make it very fresh and don't let the chicken sit out forever which is great. Not overly seasoned ( like Zaxbys) very mild flavor and super juicy. Just my style. Ordered 2 -Box Combo's with out drinks and paid $17.73. The chicken fingers were certainly small, more like large chicken nuggets. The fries were all small pieces, not good. The food is OK but the chicken portions are absurd. Each box is sold as having 4 fingers but in reality they might make up 2 fingers.
