My experience was amazing. They helped me find a car within my price range and was able to purchase car same day. Manager was amazing and extremely helpful and I'm very satisfied with my experience here. I definitely recommend!

Advertised mileage vs Carfax.
Jessica R.

I did not purchase a vehicle here, so please discount my review appropriately. I drove to this dealership (about two hours round-trip) to look at a car that was advertised as having less than 40k miles on it. The sales person I discussed it with before coming said the car only had one owner and no damage reported. When I arrived and requested the Carfax, it showed that the vehicle had two owners, had been in an accident, and had about 20k more miles on it than advertised. The sales rep was apologetic and said she would bring this issue up to the "CEO so we can improve our services". I checked and the listing is still advertised with the incorrect mileage, now days later. Bottom Line: Don't make a trip out to this dealership unless you've already seen the Carfax, as what is listed may not match what is advertised.

I contacted them on a Sunday, and they got back to me even though it was their day off. I got an appointment with them the next day. Upon arrival, everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Specifically, Maggie showed high professionalism and incredible customer service. She showed me the car I wanted - a 2020 Honda Civic - and let me take a test drive. The car was in amazing condition. I wanted the car, so we negotiated the price. She was easy to work with, so we struck a deal. Taking care of the paperwork was surprisingly easy as well, because their chief purchaser, Tony, squared away my tags. When it was time to leave, I found the detailer, Breezy, already had it ready for me. Overall, I've never had a better car purchasing experience, and I can't stress their customer service enough. 12/10, Highly recommended.

Difficult to write a review about the dealership when you can't get sales people to respond…read more I contacted them via their online website about a specific car. While their online attendants were quick (and numerous) to respond, I had requested a detailed sales agreement showing the applicable discounts and a final price. Since their advertised price contains many discounts which I did not qualify for and since the online attendant didn't realize that they offer free nationwide shipping, I wanted a finalized price before we drove the two hours to see the vehicle. Unfortunately, multiple contacts with "Jasmin", including several that were supposedly escalated, were not responded to by the sales staff. This being the case, we are not going to pursue purchasing a vehicle from them. Others have also indicated absent Customer Service responses. Never understand a business that has potential customers, but shoo them away with this type of poor business approach.

I communicated directly with a representative named "Jessica/Clarence," who confirmed in writing that the vehicle's current price was $29,444. I specifically asked about price discrepancies between listings, and I was reassured that $29,444 was the correct and current price. I also clearly stated that I would be traveling over 4 hours from North Carolina to view and test drive the vehicle. At no point was I informed of any conditions tied to the advertised price, such as residency requirements, financing requirements, military/veteran status, or other qualifications. Based on these representations, I made the 4+ hour trip to the dealership. Upon arrival, I was informed by a different salesperson that the actual price of the vehicle was approximately $38,000--over $8,000 higher than what had been quoted and confirmed prior to my visit. When I questioned this discrepancy, I was told that the advertised price only applied under certain conditions (Virginia residency, veteran status, or other criteria), none of which were disclosed to me beforehand. This information was only revealed after I had already made the significant trip to the dealership. Additionally, after refusing the inflated price, I was encouraged to consider other vehicles, which further suggests a bait-and-switch sales tactic. I believe this constitutes a deceptive and misleading business practice, as I was induced to travel a significant distance based on a price that the dealership had no intention of honoring under the circumstances.

While the salesman Owen was nice and helpful the $14,XXX price was rigid but I was assured how the car was solid and verified as reliable. After the purchase I had the car looked through by an Audi Certified shop and it required $8,000 worth of work (all suspension pieces were failed, exhaust brackets rusted through, all filters clogged, axle boot torn and throwing grease). Also had condoms in the owners manual and the original owner's registration and personal information (demonstrating how poorly this group processes cars). BUYER BEWARE.

I bought the vehicle (a 2016 Sante fe) and only had it for 2 months before it broke down on me on 495 north while going to work. It was towed to a repair shop covered by my warranty provider at the time (silverrock) and the mechanic stated the engine had to be replaced because a piston was misaligned. They worked on the engine for 2 months. 2 weeks after getting my vehicle back, while driving to work on 495 north again, my vehicle started to smoke and then caught on fire while I was driving. I had to quickly pull over to the side of the road and exit the vehicle. Long story short, I was able to get out, the emergency personnel was contacted, a claim was filed by my insurance, lein holder and warranty provider but because my insurance didn't cover fire, the insurance company didn't cover the damage. The lein holder was able to file a "gap insurance claim that covered the majority of the vehicle but I was left with over 6,000 dollars to pay off. So now my credit was hit hard because of this incident and I don't have a vehicle but I'm left with the bill. And they refuse to grant me another vehicle. This dealership is the worst!
