Since there was no notice before ordering that the actual prices would be different, I expressed my concern that customers should not be charged a different price without being informed in advance. My concern was not about a small dollar difference, but about transparency and being charged a different price than what was displayed. Instead of simply acknowledging the discrepancy or explaining it professionally, the owner became defensive and confrontational. The owner focused on why I brought the issue up with the employee rather than addressing my actual concern. The owner also said, "Report it if you want," which felt dismissive and disrespectful. A customer raising a reasonable question about pricing should be met with a professional explanation, not an argument. She even said why i argued with few dollars..I was like what do you mean?!? You don't see the concern here?!? More importantly, she didn't even try to hear what I said..she kept talking over me.
