It is just perfect. The colors are vibrant. The scents are delightful. Tindra is super KIND. She was able to help me find items I needed. Anais and Josie helped me check out. Everyone on the team definitely goes above and beyond. The store is big. And don't forget to try something new. Located on the second floor of Westfield Fashion Square. The store is compact. Not much to move around especially when it is busy. Sales people are always upbeat in greeting customers coming in, offering shopping baskets, and informing them on what is the on going deal. I received an email that they are having a sale on the lip products. Although I can order it online then pick it up in the store, I still prefer to go to the physical store and pick out what I really want. I purchased 4 lip products: 2 lip gloss with color, 1nourishing lip tint and a regular lip tint (which I don't like that much after trying). Buyers remorse but I didn't return it. I am enjoying the others though and I will purchase again after I finish them. I picked out items from the 75% area before they are gone. It is for gifting purposes. They don't go bad so I can store them for a while. read more

My wife wanted to stop by this store while we were shopping inside Westfield Sherman Oaks mall. She at first just wanted to try their free sample of lotions but then got hooked because of their Cyber Monday deal. So we walked inside the store so she can start smelling their products and see what were on holiday sale. The employees here are very nice and helpful when my wife had questions. I hardly go to Bath & Body Works unless I happen to be at the mall and need some lovely scented body lotions and scented candles. There inventory is very seasonal. So, whenever I go there and need my favorite lotions and candles, they are out. What a bummer. I love their customer service and the way they come close to help you. Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The only problem that I have with this store is that I still own a flip phone and NOT a smart phone/ I -phone. It is totally my choice what kind of phone to have/own. When I grabbed 2 lotions and 3 candles that I liked, the lady at the register Cashier # 3975958 was very nice and tried to help me, but somehow wouldn't budge, and accommodate with me having a flip phone and give me a discount with the candles. She kept telling me to download their app when I can't do that on my phone. Absolutely refused to help or call the manager to make some kind of an EXCEPTION. I mean she could have, if she wanted to. There was only one other customer standing behind me and I wasn't taking too much of their time. She said the only way I can get the discounted price is when I download their APP which I can't. We all know that with a flip phone there isn't much that you can do except text and call. NO DATA.!! Keep in mind staff at B&B Works not everyone has a smart phone and there is always a workable solution if you know how to make things right for all types of people with all types of devices. I didn't want to duck a star for that, but it is what it is. I still got my products, no exceptions, no apologies, and no discount. Store is nice, fully stocked, bright lit, helpful staff, and clean. First great experience after 15 years of shopping at various stores in various states and cities. In all of our visits in bath and body works there was always clingy pushy sales people. This store had an exception. A very nice employee named Dalia was genuinely nice and courteous, very knowledgeable and helpful. I don't usually shop at this location, but since I was in this mall, I wanted to take advantage of their semi-annual sale! There was a short line outside the store. It does move pretty fast. Not an issue. The girl who was managing it was very hard to understand, needs to speak louder, slower and clearer. I know that she's talking through a mask, but since she was giving us instructions, I need to hear it! You can't smell anything which I figured it'd be the case since we need to keep the mask on the whole time. It's very understandable. I have seen ladies removing it to smell some lotions. I get that it's strange to shop for lotions without smelling them, but we need to respect that! The issue was the selection! The worst for one of these sales. They were trying to get rid of X-mas oriented lotions and products and even some Halloween left overs! Not so much their regular fragrances which is what I get during these sales! Just a few of their regular ones on sale, so yes, that made it harder to decide and shop since the familiarity wasn't there as I thought it'd be. I ended up finding a few lotions I usually get and took a chance on a couple. But it was hard to pick amongst all the holiday left overs! It beats buying online (I had a mess when all the malls were closed, never again), but I enjoyed better times, better sales! read more

I'm clearly a fan if you look at the vast number of B&BW candles in my house. This location is currently closed (to my knowledge) due to the pandemic so my experience lately has been waiting in my car for them to bring the pre-ordered items out. I feel like B&BW intentionally doesn't produce enough of the Halloween scents. COVID-19 Review: Bath & Body works is one of those generic gifts that you can give to friends and family and it will be immediately accepted. When the men's line first came out, I even gave it to my brother for Christmas...Ocean and Noir were a few of his favorites. This location is on the 2nd floor and close to Bloomingdale's. I came to this location most recently with my sister for their annual candle sale....and it is a steal. Three wick candles that are normally $25 each are 9.95!! It's insane, so insane that you are limited to 18 candles/transactions. Anyways, with COVID, there were extra precautions that were put in place. For one, limited capacity in the store. it was capped at 19 people (including employees). The line was long, but it moved quickly. The staff (aka Santa's crew during the holiday season) were generous with providing hand sanitizer prior to entering the store, as well as helping customers find specific scents. Unfortunately they were sold out of a few of my favorites, but as I was leaving, their were opening more shipments and I got to get a few that I had originally missed. Don't forget to ask for free cellophane gift bags and tags to make the perfect little gift bundle for your friends and family! I don't shop at bath and body as often as I'd like to because I have an extensive inventory from previous sales, but their annual candle sale is a must. I think the price of each candle increased from last year, but it was still worth it. I'm sure their hand sanitizers became even more popular this year than any other year in the past. read more

I go to BBW all the time. As a very busy , exhausted teacher it is the one thing I buy for me. My students are poor so I always get for them. One of the busiest shopping days and this energetic girl at the counter kept apologizing to all for the wait. I said it's the last day for most tomorrow and everyone is buying office and teacher gifts. We expect the line. So it was very kind she acknowledged all and had a great personality. My turn to buy some candles for my room moms (too broke for myself) and she asked If I wanted a headband. Jokingly I said 24 for my kindergarten class. With the craziness and lines I was not serious although it would make them happy. She right away gets on her headset and asks the manager if it is ok to give a kinder teacher 24. She came back and said as many as you want. Then she got a big bag and counted 26. She wanted to make sure if one rips. The line grew longer. She made sure I also had adorable bags and tissue for each gift and had d the best personality I've seen in a mall, especially on the holidays. Found out she is seasonal. I love this store...oh the smells...they are just so amazing...they make my nose hairs sing! Right when you walk in its overwhelming. I am addicted to their candles and on this particular day they were $12 normally $20 each! The cool thing about Bath and Body Works is that they have a different item that goes on sale everyday before Christmas. One item like candles, air fresheners, or a certain lotion, which sells for a crazy good price! The sale only last that day and the item usually sells out. The best way to find out what the sale item is going to be, is to look on their website daily so you will know which item is going on sale for the day! I love that they provide clear wrap and tags that go with their gifts. They have all different type of gift sets and are the perfect place to pick up a gift for an occasion. I would have gave them 5 stars but I was a little disappointed in their policy regarding coupons they give out during Christmas time. The coupon is spend $10 and get a free item that is up to a $13 value. However I found this misleading because almost every item is on sale in the store. So when I picked out a $12 candle as my free item it didn't apply. I think when one reads this coupon you believe you will get an item that cost up to $13 not what was once $13. It was very hard to even find anything I wanted to use my coupon on. However they offer other coupons with $10 or $20 off purchases which is really awesome. Customer service is always great. Absolutely LOVE this B&BW location! It's quite big, and has about 3 different sections of the store. The entry-area has all of the usuals, such as body lotions, shower gels, body mists, etc. of all the seasonal scents and the signature collection. To the right is a room that is ALL ABOUT FRAGRANCE, especially CANDLES! Definitely my favorite section of the store :) They have all of the different candles in various sizes, candle accessories, wallflowers, etc. In the third/back area they have all of the spa/skin products, and little items like the mini hand sanitizers, fuzzy socks, lip balms/gloss, etc. The cashiers are also located back there. I came here yesterday and totally YOLO'ed on the 3-wick candles. They are normally $20 each and yesterday ONLY they were $8 each! I also had a 20% off coupon which made my total amount to about $56 for 8 candles. The girl working at the counter was super nice and double bagged my candles and ALSO put them on crates inside the bag so they would have optimal protection. I was really happy about this because I've been to another B&BW location where I was CONVINCED my bag was going to break because the 3-wick candles are kind of heavy. Thank you, girl who works at B&BW, for really protecting my precious candles! TIP: Subscribe to their email blasts to keep up with all of their amazing sales and discounts! The candles here have changed my life. Truly, I feel at peace after they burn for about twenty minutes and fill my room/apartment (as long as my room is clean... haha). I was so lucky to come in on the day Jackie was managing. So sweet and helpful. Big sale for Black Friday weekend! The moment I walked in I was offered help and notified of the sales. I literally had only came here to pick up ONE candle. I ended up walking out with 6 and a lot more items. I spent over $100. I didn't mind it as I could stock up and scents were amazing. The staff was very very friendly. There was a little hiccup at the registers, there are arrows on the floor pointing for the line. There was multiple lines? There were even other customers that were confused. One of the girls finally said " there's only one line and it's in the middle" great now she tells us after we all were waiting. I won't let that take from my experience. While I do consider Bath & Body Works the Old Navy on the chain of fragrance body products, I do like them. I have really sensitive skin and for some reason I'm not a big fan of their shower gel or body lotions - although some smell nice. I do love their True Blue Spa line but something about their fragrance products tends to irritate my skin after too much use. They have some decent body sprays if that's your thing but I do really like their antibacterial hand soap. We come and stock up on a bunch when they are 5 for $15 and keep it near every sink in the house. I also enjoy their candles, they leave rooms smelling nice even when they aren't lit. Great little stop for inexpensive gift giving/stocking stuffer options. read more

Went to the store to take advantage of a sale but never ended up checking out despite having found products I wished to purchase due to the fact that was a very large pit bull in the store. Having been attacked by a dog as child, and also having a bad allergy I found the animal very unsettling. I expressed my concern to an employee who said other people had also complained but they wouldn't do anything about it. The dog was in no way marked as a service animal and was displaying behavior that would lead me to believe it was someone just walking their pet. It had no focus and barked quite a few times. I'm glad that better service was given to a dog than someone who was ready to purchase about $100 worth of products. I hope the store can make it by selling body wash and lotion to pets. Thanks to the staff at this store I and many people will also probably not shop at this company any more. I will tell all my friends and family about this stay away. We are giving our money to people who complain about the work they do as stated by employees Liz and Brian and 3 others they were just standing and hanging up on us "we are tired" "our job is stressful" over 30 minutes going back and forth. We arrived at 6:10 and said you can't shop at all you can't make line well unacceptable at 7:45 I was still at the mall waiting and they had no customers left allowed 2 others and didn't allow for us to shop because they said the line was going to last until 9pm I was like no way extra and like I said 7:45 no more people they close at 8 but the "managers" attitudes unexplainable they shouldn't even have that position "Brian" or "Ryan" he rolled his eyes and clearly had no control of employees which about 6 employees were arguing for no reason because they didn't want us to shop can you believe it. Lol he then pushed his colleagues and they were like oh well I'm okay if he does that like who says that's okay that's unacceptable but whatever if they like to be touched like that then cool. I know wtf right. Please stay away from company's that employ people like this they don't deserve your money 6 employees with nothing to do, no wonder lines are slow because they are getting paid for nothing. Hello, very disappointed of the staff!!!! Specially the "manager Ryan" who was very unkind with some of the costumers.... I went to the store to buy my candles four times and I couldn't because it was crawled then one of the staff told me to come back the next day ten or twenty minutos before they closed the line at 7:00.
