The staff at CCL are welcoming and helpful, directing you to the area of the shop for either permanent jewelry or the charm bar to create charm jewelry. I've only done the permanent jewelry so far, which is all displayed nicely on a large table in the center of the store - this gives you a chance to look at the different styles and decide what you like. The staff is also super helpful in offering guidance or opinions on what would look best - either for new permanent jewelry or adding to an existing stack. Once you've picked out what you'd like, the staff then measures and makes sure the jewelry fits well. Overall, I have had multiple great experiences at CCL, and will continue to return.
