Mezcal with seasoned salt, orange, hibiscus, and fried crickets.

Very happy we stopped by Cuishe Cocina for dinner while visiting the area. We were expecting the typical Mexican cuisine and were pleasantly surprised to experience something new, central Mexican meals. The tacos were delicious and their offerings of Tequila and Mezcal is impressive. The service was great and our server was attentive and answered all of our questions and recommended a Mezcal to try which was ideal. I never thought I'd try fried crickets with Mezcal but here I am with another culinary experience checked.

Service has crumbled. We were seated at this super awkward table and you actually had to move your chair because of people walking through. Everting was slow - drinks, food, etc. AND a new one for us all...a "processing fee" on the receipt. What is a "processing fee". Just rediculous for the prices and the experience you expect. Food is still good.

My friend coordinated a dining experience for a party of 8 and I was lucky to get to be a part of it. We had a private area and such fabulous service and a great experience! Each dish and drink were well explained and delicious. I would highly recommend for a special event.

Great food, service and live music. Order the cantarito for a fun large cocktail drink. Lively late night dining

With earthy tones and a wide range of music this place is a great spot for adults with bar seating availble, however they do have high chairs for little ones. We came in not too. Hungry and looking for a small bite to eat, we shared the 3 following dishes and it was just enough: Torta de bistek( good size portion, lots of avocado, and salsa), trompo tacos(the pineapple added great flavor, spices salsa comes with it) , and tacos de pork belly( a great combo of sweet and spicey!, served with 3 and highly recommend) . They were all delicious! Service was great and we look forward to coming back to try other dishes.

We popped in as soon as they opened on a quick lunch break and were easily able to order, have amazing service, and eat some damn good food in less than an hour! I personally had the skirt steak tacos which were exactly what I needed, with some frideo on top too so yummy. Then our server Paco was kind enough to let me sample their juices I went with jamaica. The whole restaurant inside and out is beautiful, I know one day we will have to come back to sit outside on their patio! Then of course to try their Happy Hour menu too. I would recommend the pop in for sure

This retail cite restaurant is a delightful surprise. The interior has simple class. Unique take on authentic Mexican fare with high level of service. Highly recommend.

Everything went well at Cuishe! We were attended by Ricardo who was very friendly and accommodating. We initially sat on the left dining area as you enter. Everything was going well until a large group sat beside us. They were quite loud so we asked to be transferred in their patio area. The hostess immediately came to our table to let us know they were ready for us outside. Thankfully, it was a beautiful evening so dining in their patio was perfect. Our dinner immediately came to our table. Three of us had the cheese enchiladas with salsa verde and one had the chicken flautas. Our sides consisted of grilled Mexican cheese, rice, refried beans and guacamole. All were delicious. We had lots of leftovers because the serving was quite generous. Ricardo surprised my friend with a complementary dessert to celebrate her birthday. The cake tasted like crema quemada- it was incredibly good. Service, food and ambiance (except for the loud group) were all top notch. Two thumbs up!

Came to Cuishe for a friends birthday but I was not very impressed with the food for the price. The elote was good but that's pretty much all I can say. The Birria was alright, not what I expected. I felt like it was missing something, if I wanted shredded beef by itself I would have just ordered that. My husband got the octopus and he said it was okay just a little too salty.

Finally was able to come and try this place that a lot of friends recommended. I'll be completely honest, yes it was good but not for the prices. My favorite things today were the queso fundido that was delicious and huge and the Agua de Jamaica was PERFECT not sweet but not bitter just perfect. The quesobirria was tasty but very greasy. Now the things we didn't like. The Caesar salad, the dressing was just to overpowering not the best. Then usually a Caesar salad they give you romaine lettuce but they gave me leafy greens so it had no crunch and it wasn't mixed well so it just did not taste good. The soap de fideo was good but didn't like the chunks of panella cheese in it. It's just not how I am use to but overall wasn't to bad but not the best either. Last but not least the torta del chilaquiles everything was tasty BUT the bread they use for the torta is not good whatsoever it's literally just a baguette definitely not "authentic" Mexican food. Overall it's a nice place but nothing really stood out to me that made me wanna come back. Even the service was just average and inside was clean but nothing special. For 3 people we spent 100 dollars and to me it was just to pricey that's my personal opinion for the type of food we received it tasted good but not 100 good.

Chile en nogada sauce was perfect. Roasted cauliflower with chipotle sauce was recommended. Service was friendly and frequent. Plenty of party rooms and parties. Dj on Saturday night.

Electronic dance music pulsed quietly in the background. The toilets were all individual unisex stalls that were classy, mine had run out of hand towels. Also, the entire restaurant is very dimly lit. I had to use the flashlight on my phone to read the menu, but I have poor eyesight so there's that, but it might explain the quality of the photos I took. The Paloma drink was amazing. It had a great spicy zing in the back of the throat after every sip. Queso was... kinda plain. It might have been better with the add chorizo option. It was very thick. Shrimp cocktail was big, but we started fighting over the shrimp pieces. There was plenty of onion and tomato left over after the batttle. Pollo Asado was a great flavor and the chicken was juicy. Grilled squash that was on the side was good. Chicken enchiladas were good and had freshly sliced jalapeños, which is always a welcome detail. I wasn't able to taste the quesadilla but my daoughter said it was "really good". Fried Chicken sandwich had a great flavor and the bacon was actually pork belly if I'm not mistaken. Sadly there was more batter than chicken. The seasoned fries were delicious and crispy.

Our server was very friendly, attentive, and made sure to check on us throughout the meal. The drinks were definitely generous with the alcohol, which we appreciated. However, my piña colada was not quite what I expected. It had more of a milky consistency rather than the icy, blended texture I usually associate with a piña colada. As for the food, it was decent but nothing particularly memorable. I was especially looking forward to the paella, but unfortunately the rice tasted a bit sour, which was disappointing. Overall, the service and atmosphere were the highlights of the experience, while the food left some room for improvement.

It was delicious! The concha was soft, buttery and flaky, with just the right sweetness. We took home the majority of it and it stayed nice and soft instead of turning hard like so many others. We decided to try several appetizers to go along with our concha to get a wider taste of their food than we would by just ordering a couple entrees. Let me tell you, this was a great idea! We ordered the Tosti-Ceviche Verde, Panela Asado, Mexican Street Corn, and their Spicy Bean Dip. The Ceviche Verde was excellent, the freshness of the fish and shrimp was wonderful with the chipotle mayo and avocado. We chose to have it on the salsa Verde Tostitos and it was all great combination. The Panelo Asado was a completely new dish for us and was extremely good with a savory flavor from the salsa Tlaquepaque that mixed well with the Panela cheese. Their tortillas though not made in house, are made for them and taste like mom made them. The Mexican Street Corn was great and had the perfect bit of char taste from the corn. It was creamy and flavorful, we did think it could use just a tad more lime juice though. The Spicy Bean Dip was very good. You can't go wrong with Oaxaca, Chorizo, and pieces of pork mixed with some mildly spicy beans. Our server was fantastic. She had great recommendations for us, and was quick with checking on our drinks and generally helping us throughout our dinner. The food was prepared quickly, was hot, tasteful and refreshing. Not sure if the Italian side and the cantina side share the same kitchen, but we will remember to come back and try that side as well. If the Italian menu and preparation is as unique as the cantina's, it will be a worthy adventure. For our appetizer we got the cheese dish pictured. I can not recall the name, but the cheese is a cool light cheese served in a warm tomato-based sauce, topped with slices of fresh avocados and chicharones and was served with flour and corn tortillas. Very delicious! As mentioned in the opening...the menu, preparation, and presentation at Panfila is unique. For our entrees my wife got the chile Relleno and I got the Milanese con Mole. The chile Relleno was served in a bowl with just an absolutely fabulous sauce and stuffed and covered with nicely melted cheese. The Milanese con Mole was absolutely decadent! The tender pork was lightly fried and covered in the most delicious mole that I have ever eaten. The chocolate was a little more prominent in the flavor profile than I am used to; and I wouldn't think that I would like that, but it was perfect! I enjoyed every bite and used the extra tortillas from our appetizer to finish off the mole. Highly recommend anything on the menu that incorporates that mole!! Fantastic place!
