Lo Mien has the right amount of grease, chicken wings are crispy and tender, fried wontons crispy on the outside, tender General Tso's. Authentic NY Chinese food that old school rice nothing crazy in there exactly what should be put in carrots, peas, and soy beans the sauce was great and not greasy at all. I ordered takeout here what was SUPPOSE TO BE " Vegetarian KungPao Chicken & Vegetarian General Tso". It smelled & looked EXACTLY like chicken. I've been Vegetarian for YEARS. I was so afraid to check if it was chicken. My boyfriend, who is also vegetarian, was brave enough to try it. And he spit it back up. He looked at me and said " that's definitely chicken". I called the restaurant to complain and the girl said it's not chicken it's tofu. She continued to argue with me that it was tofu. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she said she was a manager. I told her to get her delivery man to come back and take the food back. The delivery man came and we handed him the supposed tofu. He said "give me everything back". My boyfriend and I ended up eating the only edible thing we could which was the rice and he was asking for everything back including the sodas we ordered. I called the restaurant back and the woman CONTINUED to argue with me that it was tofu and to call seamless and take it up with them. I ordered cashew chicken and the general Tso chicken combo and it was delicious. The chicken flavorful and the plenty of food. I had plenty for lunch the next day also the egg roll and spring roll were really good. I still wish they would give you a free soda with certain amount $$ spent. The food came out it tasted good only one problem the meal was lumps of flour with sauce 2 pieces of broccoli and lots of rice.I went to the counter ask for a knife I wanted to look for the chicken IT FLEW SOUH FOR THE WINTER AND IS NOT BACK .It did not have white meat,dark meat,blue meat ,yellow meat ,red meat any type of meat.I went back to the counter told them it did not have any meat .They just open their mouths they were in LA LA land .They have no clue on what they are doing. I read the reviews... and they're still a hit or miss... don't order when they're "busy" they tend to miss key ingredients... like the rice to your chicken&broccoli.. or the gravy to my egg foo young (today!).. I understand it can get busy but c'mon... how do you forget the rice.. anyway.. this is the 4th time in the last 2 months.. super disappointing.. Oh, it is not normally a spicy dish, but they are more than accommodating to flavor your dishes in any way you choose! I am recovering from surgery and decided to order from this restaurant using an online service. I paid for the order with my credit card. The delivery person demanded that I give him a tip and would not give me the food that I paid for. I closed my door and phoned to online service to request a refund. The driver stood in my hallway telling my neighbors that I refused to give him a tip. The online service rep heard him banging on my door and advised me to contact the authorities. I then phoned the restaurant and told them to call their driver to have him leave the premises. She tried to speak over me and I told her that I was phoning my security office and the police. I heard his phone ring and I heard him speaking loudly to her. He left after 15 min. Never again will I order from this restaurant. They already had their money but to hold my order hostage and treat me as though I did not matter is something that will not be tolerated. read more
