First off Tony responded right away with availability and questions to diagnose my leak from a backflow preventer. It isn't a common item as some of the other plumbing companies didn't even know what it was nor did they service it. Sam came out and instead of trying to tell me that the entire valve needed to be replaced which would have been super expensive, they looked to replaced some of the components of the valve. When grey water started to pour out the side of a release pipe on the side of my house, I put a call out on Yelp for help. After getting several reply's from various plumbers I chose Tonys response because he personally replied. He also made some suggestions on what could be the issue. Tony was the best. I had an old Grohe broken kitchen faucet with pull-out spray that needed replacement and the hot connector hose was also torn. I couldn't find the connector hose replacement anywhere. He suggested me the best and most effective solution and a better brand to replace the existing faucet. I got the faucet from Lowe's which luckily was on sale and he came an hour later with his assistant Sam and they replaced it in less than an hour. This place is fantastic. I used Yelp to get some quotes, and Tony wrote back immediately with a potential diagnosis of the problem and we booked an appointment the next morning. Sam came out and did such a thorough job clearing out my pipes and checking that the problem was gone, even pulling out the big 80 foot cabler to ensure that everything was perfect. I don't think I'll ever have problems with my pipes again. He even applied a chemical treatment to further clean the pipes and prevent future build-up problems.
