I appreciated them always cleaning up my place, prior to leaving. And making extra efforts to avoid getting dust etc. all over my home. It's worth mentioning, my electric bill has decreased from $250/month to $55/month. So, this job will eventually pay for itself in monthly savings and rebates. They are scummy salesmen. I'm having a few issues with the water filtration system at a rental home I own, so I called to have a technician come out and take a look. He spent an hour talking about how great their new systems are, but after he left, I realized the water fill line for the salt tank wasn't even attached, which might explain why the unit isn't working properly. I would expect a water filtration technician performing a maintenance check to notice that a critical water line was disconnected, but everyone makes mistakes. So I called them back and scheduled a 2-4 PM window for someone to come out and hopefully fix the issue. I even received a call at 8:00 AM confirming the appointment. Then, at 3:00 PM--an hour into the arrival window--the owner of the company called me, confused about the issue, and said they don't fix units like mine. He told me I need a new unit because of an error code, and that NO ONE was actually scheduled to come out. The only reason they came out for an estaminet was to convince me to buy a new unit classic bate and switch BS. They had no intent to help me fix my unit at all. I planned my whole day around this appointment. The owner seemed confused why I did not just want to buy a new unit. Call me crazy, but I don't want to spend thousands of dollars if all I have to do is replace a 3-dollar plastic water line. It is like getting a flat tire, and the mechanic is trying to sell you a new car. just slimie as all hell. read more

To start off, Drew was the first proprietor to respond with a quotation, and I was able to take advantage of the promotion. On the day of the appointment, they text you a link which opens up a map which shows exactly where your technician is and how far they are from you, in real time- that is a very cool feature, indeed. The text also shows a mini-bio of the technician with their photo and it describes his experience as well. Ryan used his power snake to unclog a slow draining bathroom sink, and got the job done. Courteous, efficient and competent. He also took time to explain in detail what is going on in my drain pipe, and what I can expect in the future. Good price+good service = winning combination. My first experience with this company was great. They came out without charging a dispatch fee, were helpful, and I ended up spending over $400 on repairs. Unfortunately, my experience as a returning customer has been very different. Less than 90 days later, one of the same areas they previously worked on started leaking again. When I reached out, I was told the warranty was only 30 days and that they would charge a $99 dispatch fee just to come out and look at it. On top of that, they have a $199 minimum for any work, meaning a minor repair could cost nearly $300 just to have someone come out. I understand businesses have policies, but after spending over $400 on a repair, I expected some level of consideration for a returning customer, especially when the issue is in an area they previously worked on. They do a great job making a first-time customer feel valued, but there should also be an emphasis on taking care of returning customers and building customer loyalty. Unfortunately, that did not feel like the case here. Very disappointing follow-up experience. read more

It was easy scheduling a time, and they confirmed SO many times (yelp, text, twice via phone call lol) but its better to confirm than not, IMO. We worked with Phil and he was nice, polite, kept his work area super clean and put on shoe covers. I had an extremely poor experience with Wish Granted for a whole home repipe. I usually don't leave negative reviews but this company was overall dishonest and their work was incredibly poor. If I could sum it up, they took shortcuts at every point from not waterproofing the exterior to hammering into our stucco with a hammer and causing significant cracking. They didn't pull the permit listed our contract, closed the walls, and tried to convince us not to permit it when we found out. They dragged their feet during the permit application process, never followed up with me, and had an expired business license. When I asked for a timeline after not hearing back on the permit for two weeks they said a visit was scheduled. When I called the city the night before to confirm, the permit wasn't even active yet and no inspections had been scheduled. No apology or acknowledgement from Wish Granted on that. To make matters worse, I noticed they did significantly more work when opening walls back up for the inspector that wasn't done prior (like adding proper insulation, lathing, and waterproof barrier). I'm glad it was ultimately done but I was bothered it wasn't done right the first time. The work itself was poor when all was said and done. They caused damage throughout my home - a gash in a doorframe and damaged my bathroom door handle leaving it hanging by one screw. They arrived at the wrong times every visit. This wasted so much of my time - it was truly a headache as someone who works full time. The walls look awful, the texture doesn't match, and portions aren't textured at all. There is texture is covering my windows, toilets, vanity, shower, etc. They hooked up the toilet over the baseboard so there's an unsightly overlap and it looks ridiculous. The exterior stucco has new cracks. Just so careless. Save yourself a headache and pay more for someone reliable who will hire professionals to do your exterior and texture. This is not only unsightly but things like not waterproofing are serious and can cause major damage down the line. read more

I had an inspection scheduled for 8-10 today, for which I had cleared my calendar (had mentioned as much to them). When no one showed up by 10, I called them only to be told the pro had an emergency and they'd have to check when he could come out. I asked why no one called me to let me know, for which I received profuse apologies. Finally, they called back to ask about other free times today but they were all times I had moved the meetings I previously had from 8-10. It takes a simple call to notify someone, and if they had only done that I would have happily rescheduled. I host an Airbnb and I needed help repairing a slow/clogged bathroom sink before my next guest checked in at 3pm that afternoon. On Easter Sunday. I knew my chances of finding someone working on a Sunday, AND a holiday, AND who was available within the next few hours were very slim. So I was extremely relieved and grateful when the representative from Wish Granted said that she would be able to have someone at my house by 1pm. At 11:30am, I received a text saying that Ryan was on his way. The text also included Ryan's professional background, a description of his work ethic, and a photo to offer reassurance and security that the person arriving at my door was indeed the person I was expecting. I thought that in itself was an exceptional level of courtesy. Ryan arrived with his assistant, Pierre, around 12pm -- 1 hour early, which was yet another huge brownie point considering the time sensitivity of my situation. From the get-go, they were very friendly (said hi to my pets) and respectful of my home (wore shoe coverings). Their uniforms matched their van, which some might consider minor, but I appreciated the thought that went into those details. And that thoughtfulness carried over into the rest of the experience. They were very careful with moving everything from under the sink. They took photos to explain to me in detail what they found. They made clear recommendations and were highly communicative throughout the process. While they were here, I asked them to also take a look at my upstairs bathroom sink which had also been slow/clogged for some time. At the end of the day, they repaired both sinks and were out of here around 2:30pm -- plenty of time before my guest arrived. The job was done well, they left both areas clean and put back as they had found it, the pricing was fair, they were both very easy to talk to and work with. We needed someone to clear a laundry drain. We were bucketing dirty water from the garage to the bathroom, which works, but it's an intense workout and I have a shoulder injury. Looks like these guys are new, they responded almost immediately and the reviews were quite good. The one negative review I found, the owner wrote that he tried to make it right by the homeowner, which is a good sign of integrity. They dispatched Arthur and his partner (sorry, I don't remember his name! ), and these guys were courteous and great to talk to. They said they would try snaking the drain line first, and hydro jet if necessary. The quote seemed reasonable, so I had them try the drain snake. Less than an hour later, the drain was clear, and not only were we back to business with the washing machine, the kitchen drain was doing a lot better. Great job, fellas!
