Called Linear Plumbing for a kitchen faucet replacement as well as the main shut off valve outside. Shannon and his assistant Joe showed up early and they assessed the job. Shannon is very meticulous which I appreciated and paid attention to detail. The outside shut off valve also needed the regulator replaced (the cost was very expensive) but the house is 20+ years old so I gave my approval. Shannon did an excellent job and didn't mind me watching, not to check his work but to learn, I'm always looking to learn about any trade. Afterwords they cleaned up everything and were on their way. However when they did arrive before attempting to fix anything they investigated and showed my husband a couple of older copper pipes that had cracks from old age. It was time for them to be removed. so they came back the next day with a crew ready to work. By the time they were done our sink was drained and a few pipes had been replaced. Round 2! Still not a handyman. Our sink was backing up anytime we let the water run more then 1 minute. If we ran the garbage disposal, stuff came up on one side of the sink. Anytime we ran the dishwasher, both sinks flooded. I youtubed a solution that worked for about a day (baking soda and vinegar). But then our problem came back again.
