I have been donating for over a year at the Bowling Green, OH location and I've never ONCE had a bad experience. Sure, sometimes they are swamped with donors, or in need of additional hands, but the high level of quality and care NEVER ceases to impress me!! I would name names of certain staff members that I absolutely love, but they know who they are, and honestly, I haven't met a staff member yet I haven't like and appreciated. In addition to the staff, the facility is clean and still seems brand new, all while not feeling like a "donation center". The operation runs very smoothly from intake to physically donating and I've only experienced delays during peak times or due to a random influx of donors on site. Payment is always on time, my questions are always answered, and if I've ever been deferred, it was due to something of my own doing (ineligible due to increased HR or HCT). So, if you are looking for a trustworthy operation that checks all the boxes, look no further. It's a great way to supplement your income and often times I get in and out so quick, that I'd almost wish it took longer as a break from my day. Well done to everyone and keep up the great work!

I was more than 1/2 way finished donating in middle of a return. It's unfair to penalize us for the mistakes of the technicians. The blue/green haired girl with the glasses was setting up machines and several were faulty on this day. In addition. Jessica at the front desk is both rude and unprofessional. Her attitude towards donors is unacceptable. She needs to come back down to reality and watch her smart mouth and bad attitude towards donors. The promotion states $65 per donation but I'm only getting $40? Not worth a 27 miles drive! I'll go back BioLife or Octopharma instead. They pay more and they're closer.
