When I picked it up at the last possible moment before we needed it back, the lights were not functioning. I stood around and waited the nearly two hours it took the guy to get the lights working. (The splices they did for the brakes, if they ever even replaced the crap that was there, would fall apart within three months.) So, it took a few years for me to bother to go back. Stopped by today prepared to buy a flatbed trailer, but it turns out they're never open weekends and don't really care. We all have families and weekend activities. Most of us also work weekdays, leaving only weekends, or perhaps after-work hours, to take care of our personal business. I get it. Family does come first. For us too. It's their attitude (and previous service) that sucks. I wouldn't buy a trailer here at this point. I know they won't be available if anything goes wrong with it.
