    2024 Kia K5 EX
    Emily Z.

We had a great experience at Kia buying our new car. We went in knowing what we wanted and Virgilio helped us find exactly what we were lookin for. He was communicative when letting us know when the vehicle we were waiting for, arrived. He was personable and helped pass the time when waiting for financing. In addition, the financial representative was very busy, but got us in and out quickly after a long wait. They did not charge above MSRP where other Kia dealerships were on the exact same vehicle. The building itself was clean and other team members were very friendly. After driving our car for a few weeks, we are even more satisfied with Kia overall. Highly recommend.

Our numbers matched with the $2500 instant cash

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! Their adds and promotional pricing are extremely deceiving. They will lie to you and trick you and waste hours of your time. We recieved a piece of mail for their "DEAL OR NO DEAL" event!!!! Each mailer they send has an electronic code on it, match your code with the prize and win!!! (See photos) According to this mailer, my numbers matched and I won $2500 instant cash! Nowhere on it did it say that the numbers that match with the prize dont matter. It is the trickiest, slimy-ist thing that this dealership does. Makes people think they actually won a prize only to show up and say that you might win it. We have to go check the prize board to see if it matches. Oh here we go! Just another scam for them to try to sell us a car. 99.9% of the time, these things go right in my trash bin, but i thought that this piece of mail was very specific and official about winning this instant cash prize and maybe, just maybe, they are trying to build some relationships with their customers and not trick them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Unfortunately for them, this is the second terrible experience we've had with them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came in last year to buy a car and made it very clear that we needed to keep our payment below $400 per month. Shouldnt be to difficult right? Well lets just say that we looked at 4 or 5 cars, some of them used, and they still could not get a deal done for less than $500 per month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They kept going back to "check with their manager" to see if they could get us a better deal, and when we were ready to walk out, they said they had just gotten a great used vehicle in that we could definately get in our price range.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I told them it HAS to come in under $400 per month or we are out of here, they said Ok, and went to go crunch the numbers. They came back with $450 per month and we had had enough of their games so we left. We ended up staying there for a good 4 hours! Stay far away from this dealership!!!

Do not go to Franklin Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership!!!…read more I have been to Freeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep ram dealership two times now and would not hesitate to go back. After Franklin Ram screwed up my truck three times I took it over to Freeland. I happened to get Rachel as a service tech, and she was absolutely terrific. She was quick, professional, and very personable. She kept me updated on the status of my truck and made sure I had a ride to and from the dealership. They were able to take care of a couple things and head to order some parts For another The second time was just like the first they got me in quick got me a ride home and kept me updated on the status of my truck. I'm quite happy with the work they've done and would not hesitate to recommend their service department to anyone. I was also looking for a couple things and went to the parts department. Mike helped me out and went above and beyond to find the information I needed. Overall, that is my go to dealership. All the people working, there seem quite knowledgeable and very friendly.

I've had it serviced at the store numerous times. I consider David Beasley, the service manager, a friend. (He owns 34 pairs of Jordan's). I tried everything to buy a new (to me) vehicle from them while I was getting my oil changed a few weeks ago. They acted like they thought I was joking. I went and bought another car from another dealership and then came back to try to sell them the Durango that I bought from them. I took it to them on Friday February 20th to see if they'd purchase it. After all, I get emails and mailers from them all the time saying they want to buy my Durango. Well, the used car manager took a look at it and then proceeds to have the salesman tell me it's not something they'd be interested in purchasing. Fast forward to today. Carvana just picked up my Durango and brought a check with them. Easiest experience ever!

After about 4 months of shopping for a reliable and practical used vehicle, on January 2, 2026 I…read morefound a 2020 Avalon at Beaman. I spent maybe 30 minutes with the salesman and was as easy to deal with as a buyer could be. I took the car on a test drive and found a nearby private mechanic to do a pre purchase inspection, as well as checked the Carfax report and it had been serviced regularly at Toyota of Cool Springs at every required interval. The PPI said it was great. I bought the car and had the money wired. Pretty easy. The windshield did have one observable crack in it, when I purchased it. Which is an issue I personally was able to overlook. I should have made a bigger issue out of this, but I didn't. On January 4, 2026, less than 2 days and 100 miles of driving the car, I pulled into a parking space at a slow rate of speed (5mph) and the whole dash lit up and scrolled through about 3-4 mechanical errors (photos included) including the power steering failed completely and I was unable to turn the wheel. I had to work out of town the following week and was unable to get the car to the dealership immediately. I was able to schedule it about 2 weeks later. I took the car back to Beaman Toyota and the errors didn't replicate so the service tech told me not to worry about it. About a week or two after that I scheduled an oil change and went back to Beaman Toyota. The service tech was happy to tell me that I needed over $2600 of servicing on my 30 day old vehicle, including brakes, spark plugs, even hood lifts that were about $600 themselves. I had also bought a few oil changes with my vehicle purchase and the technician tried to charge me for that too ($150). I had no receipts for my service package because I assumed if I bought the car and the package from the same dealership I was having the car serviced... it makes sense that it would be recorded there. Again, my mistake. The service technician was a bit condescending and offered to show me his computer screen showing that I in fact did not have a service package that I knew I had paid for and again insisted that I pay the $150 for the oil change. I asked to speak to a manager. He went off for about 10 mins, leaving me standing there, and came back saying I did have a service plan, but because I had bought the car so recently (60 days he said) that Toyota doesn't update their systems to reflect the packages that quickly because people don't usually bring them back that soon. However, according to the Carfax and the dealership listing of the car, someone put a few thousand miles on it while the dealership had it listed and I ended up getting an oil change sooner than expected. But I digress. I took that opportunity to again explain to the service tech that I had again in fact just bought the vehicle about 30-40 days and about 2,000 miles prior and it was absolutely absurd that I needed over $2600 of repairs on it already. He didn't care. Flash forward to July 2026 and about 6 months of ownership. I take the car back in for another oil change. I opt for new tires, which the (different) tech told me was a "buy 3 and get the 4th for $1 sale" going on. I selected the tires which he said came out to just over $1100 even with the "sale". I had priced the exact same tires at Costco earlier that week for just over $1000 or a $100 savings over Beamans little $1 for a 4th tire sale, but I was already at Beaman and wanted it done without the hassle so I took their deal. I also asked them to look at the power steering. Overall this was going to be a $3200 servicing, not counting the oil change (see aforementioned oil change pre purchase). I got a rental from beaman and drove back to work, advised that my tires would be in later around 1pm. It was 6am, so I was grateful for the rental. About an hour later they called and told me the power steering sensors needed to be replaced and it was about an $8,000 job at 11.5 hours, in addition to the $3200 that I had already authorized. This is absolutely absurd and fraud. He said he would see if his service manager would do something to reduce the hours of labor and came back and said it would be about $7000 overall. I told them to go ahead and do it, to just make it right. The next day I filled up my rental and drove down to get my car when they called me and said it would be ready. When I got there, it in fact was not ready. It had a new set of error codes the tech said. They needed to clear them and I could wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes and the tech came back and said I needed to get back in a rental. That my car wouldn't be ready until the following day. The technician calls me back after I leave and tells me I need a new battery for $275 more, to make the error message clear. At this point, I really don't care. I'm already getting fleeced. I add it and I pay about $6900 overall for the 6 month ownership servicing of my Beaman Toyota used 2020 Toyota Avalon ($24,000 OTD cost in January 2026).

However, the customer service was not so great. I pull up, expecting someone to come out and greet me like every other car lot. No one. I walk by a few associates outside on my way to the door of which no one even acknowledges me. I go inside, I can see a few associates standing around at the other end of the room, and one behind the desk making copies. He turned around to look at me and went back to what he was doing. So I just decide I'm gonna have to forget about being welcomed or greeted and just say "hey I'm Hannah. Im here for a car." It was a little frustrating to have almost 5 associates completely ignore me, when I'm about to spend 15,000 dollars at your facility. Needless to say I'm withdrawing my down payment on the car, as I feel like if you are treated poorly BEFORE even buying the car, what are the next 5-6 years of relationship with these people going to look like? I'd rather put my money into a shop where the people care about you as a person- or at least say "hello" for that matter. Oh and on that note, it has been a headache trying to get my layaway refund. I've called 3 times, and all three times have been told I would get a call back which never came. (still waiting on the third call now, fingers crossed.)

1 Star If you're…read morethinking about buying a car from DriveTime in South Antioch, please read this first. I wish someone had warned me. My experience here was the definition of a dealership that exploits people who are struggling. We were literally walking when we came in, and they took full advantage of that desperation. They sold us a car for $22,000 that's only worth around $5,000-$6,000. And despite all their talk about "multi‑point inspections" and "full service," the car was nowhere near ready for the road. Here's what I found after bringing it home: * Candy wrappers under the seats * Dirt and grime everywhere * Oil that clearly hadn't been changed * A fender popping out because it needed a clip * No spare tire at all * Bad, unsafe tires that should've never passed any inspection And instead of giving me a real spare, they tossed in a slime kit and a tiny imitation pump -- because they knew the tires were bad. That's not just lazy, it's unsafe. But the worst part was the financing. They added $200/month for an extended warranty and GAP insurance and rolled it into the loan at 29% interest without explaining what that meant. We've been paying on this car for two years, and because of their predatory interest rate and hidden add‑ons, we still owe around $19,000. This place is not honest, not transparent, and absolutely not looking out for the customer. They overcharge, hide fees, skip inspections, and send people off the lot in unsafe cars. I'm leaving this review so someone else doesn't get trapped the way we did.

He said he never got my voicemail nor recalls talking on the phone, yet miraculously had an update on my car -- to which I wasn't notified until this drop-in. He proceeded to tell me my coolant pump was leaking and it was entirely empty of coolant when they checked it, so they ordered a new pump. After taking yet another lyft home, I received and read through the mechanic's inspection which said there were NO leaks and the coolant was at a good level. I called back asking for clarity, to which the guy backpedaled on what he said as I gradually corrected him against what was said in the mechanic's notes. He finally admitted he never read the notes.
