Unassuming liquor store near the freeway off ramp with an amazing beer selection and decent pricing. Not super familiar with the area but it looked like the nearest other spot was bevmo, and in addition to not being a chain I think they had a better beer selection. I picked up some evil twin favorites. The also had a large selection of local California brewers and classic Belgians. read more

This is the one and only spot to go to, they got so much to chose from, beers, liquor! And to there is so much I can say about their products, their staff is well prepare for any type of costumer I would say... If u are looking to try a beer h never tried before they will suggest it according to what u like and don't.. I love this place!. read more

so i've been coming here for many years for my microbrew fix. it is the closest store to me that has a very good selection of micro brews and the guy who normally runs it is cool. i know of only two other places that have a better selection but they're a bit futher. i've bought some kegs from freeway back in Nov. 2009 and the guy hook it up with some Angel City and Lost Coast and 10 bags of ice. Other places would only try to sell me mass produced beer, they wouldn't even bother to get me the brews i wanted. the prices are relatively decent on the beer; i recently bought a draak for about $10. he has a good selection of liquor too, i bought some herencia anejo for $40. customer service is always great but the parking can get kinda tight when it's busy. overall, it's a great local place; two thumbs up. read more

freeway Liquor has excellent taste in beer. they carry all kinds of brews from the smaller breweries. they also carry the tried and true labels like chimay, Newcastle, a few types of sierra Nevada's. they also have crappy beer for those who like that kind of thing. (bud light) hahaha. they have kegs if you need one. its a good place to go after a hard days work and grab a tasty well earned brew. they also have an exemplary wine and liquor selection. the perfect spot to buy some one who likes to celebrate with a drink a nice gift. freeway liquor my fav spot to pick up a 6-er or two. : ) read more

This is THE local spot to go to for your obsession with craft brews. Their craft brew selection is more than varied with an inclusion of seasonal and hard to obtain brew. The people working here are very friendly and best of all helpful, if you don't know what type of drink you want, the knowledgeable people here will direct you to the right drink. Outstanding customer service and pricing and selection make this the best liquor store in West Covina. read more

The staff is genuinely friendly, service is quick, and parking is easy (the holy trinity). My only wish is that they extend their hours in the future. I used to enjoy coming here, but it's hard to justify paying nearly $10 for a drink that's smaller and lower quality than before. Very disappointing and feels like a poor way to treat loyal customers.

Beer, Beer, and more Beer! When I first heard about this place I was skeptical because it was situated next to my high school and I'd dismiss it as just another liquor store. But this place is truly a hidden jewel. This place has a vast selection of beers from around the world and there's always something for everyone. This is a true liquor store in every sense of the word. The booze is about 2/3 of the whole place! The staff is very friendly and helpful with suggestions as well as trying to order special brews if they don't carry them. Next time head down to freeway liquor, You'll be glad you did. read more

I heard of this place couple of times before for some of the stone special release and I was pretty impressed with their selection. The reason I give it a three star is because employee seem annoyed when I ask question. But mostly lot of their beer is out of date..
