Came in after soccer on a Saturday afternoon. Wait time and service were quick and my daughter enjoyed her ice cream. Three star review is because my daughter has a gift card that has never been used that she finally had with her on our trip to Wichita. She was told when trying to use it that the checkout system changed and it's basically unusable now. This place is a hidden gem in the local area! I have NEVER seen ice cream done this way! Basically, you tell them what type of cream you want, replete with added fixings, and then they pour liquid cream onto a super-chilled slab and mix it all together. Once it starts to freeze, they literally scrape it off the slab into cool little ice cream "rolls" and put them into a bowl for you. INCREDIBLE! My item was a green tea with lychee topped with banana, mangoes and chocolate syrup. Refreshing...yes. Flavorful...NOPE! The most flavor I got was in the toppings. You'll get more flavor from a Starbucks green tea latte if you're seeking the taste. There was lychee in there?! I should've topped it with lychee. Yet in all honesty if I do, it'll wait till I'm back in Hawaii for the fresh intense flavor that one would enjoy of lychee. Hubby had the Wildcat and he too said the flavor was underwhelming. I don't typically eat dairy so I convinced all my friends to swing by here on Sunday early evening to check it out in hopes they accommodated to all diet restrictions. What I love about the place is, at no extra cost you can request your ice cream to be hand made vegan and dairy free. They have everything needed to roll up your ice cream for a family fun visit. There a lot of work they put into creating your rolled up masterpiece and it is a lot of fun to watch. They add some flavor to the ice cream and then their not shy at all with the toppings. Right away the women at the register, yelled and was stated we needed to hurry because they were about to close.
