Already, it felt like John was putting in a lot of work for us. When it came time to the actual purchase, John was extremely professional and kind, but was also upfront with everything. Then, the transition from sales to finance was extremely smooth with very little wait time. Despite having a lot on his plate, Christiano Valencia from finance was extremely accommodating and also very upfront - he did not try to saddle us with unnecessary add-ons or anything like that. He was authentic and honest, AND he gave us very helpful advice on things to get and what to avoid should we ever have to buy another new car in the future. All in all, we left the dealership with our brand new car and my husband is such a happy camper. Despite us having to drive 100+ miles to this particular dealership, I really felt it was worth it based on our experience. We asked to test drive it, and while our salesperson was nice, he seemed distracted and preoccupied with his phone throughout most of the test drive. Afterward, we discussed the vehicle, provided our information, and were told he would follow up with us on Sunday. We never heard from him. We noticed the price had been reduced online and, still interested, reached out ourselves the following Wednesday. Unfortunately, the communication from there was disappointing. Responses were slow, my husband's name was spelled incorrectly, and our questions about pricing were not fully answered. At one point, we were told that "educated buyers" come in before Labor Day to avoid losing the vehicle they want. I'm not sure what was meant by "educated buyers," but the comment came across as unnecessarily condescending when we were simply trying to discuss pricing on a vehicle we were seriously considering purchasing. We eventually discussed a quoted selling price and specifically asked for an itemized out-the-door quote. The quote we received reflected a higher selling price instead. We asked for it to be corrected and, as of writing this review, still have not received a response or updated quote. This isn't about the dealership not agreeing to the price we wanted. If the quote given was their lowest price, that was perfectly fine. The issue was the lack of follow-up, attention to detail, and overall communication. We were prepared to purchase and genuinely liked the TX, but at this point we've decided to take our business elsewhere. It's unfortunate because ultimately it wasn't the price that lost the sale, it was the experience. Happy to say we were able to get a TX 350 Luxury from another dealership within 48 hours of initiating the inquiry.

Been taking all my vehicles to another shop for YEARS. Every time I go there I question my…read moredecisions. This shop is okay but the vehicle often has to go back for this or that. Recently, I took my older vehicle over there for A/C diagnosis. He told me it was fine. It wasn't. I suggested maybe the freon needed to be recharged as the vehicle is older and has never had the A/C serviced. Nope. Not possible. This week I took it to him for a misfire situation. The problem was easily repeatable and definitely seemed like spark. No, he told me it's the transmission. I took it to the transmission shop and they read the codes and told me it needed a tune up. I told them I was done with this other shop and recommend a place. They recommended Bird Family Auto. I went over and discussed my issues with Jessica. She listened, didn't make me feel dumb for my suggestions and told me they'd take care of it. A few days later I picked up the vehicle. It's running stronger than ever, no more misfires and the A/C is blowing ICE COLD after a recharge. She even called me and asked me if I was due for an oil change. I told her yes but I had oil and filter at home. She told me to bring it by and they did it at no extra charge. Even returned the unused oil. I will never go anywhere else.

My car drives a lot smoother now because of it. I will come to them now for any future work needed. The shop is very clean, and has so much personality to it. You can tell the love put in with all the decor; and the people working there are very friendly. I also accidentally forgot my car there too by the time the shop closed (due to work) and they safely stored my car, and were so kind about it. I know some places will charge storage fee but they did not!
