Okay where to start... Be sure to pay attention, as this is a prime example of a company you want to avoid at all costs. I was having issues with my central heating. So they send out their tech, George. He diagnoses it and tells me it's gonna require a new mother board and also two new pulley wheels to get the job done. An $1100 quote. So I agree to these terms, but I told him there is a bad gas leak on the roof next to the unit. George advises me no charge and will include the gas leak repair for free, and included with the other services. Cool lets do it. So he goes up and allegedly completes this work, then comes down to me to advise that he needs $1100 for the work, but also it needs a draft inducer motor as well, and would be an additional 600..... So I tell him to hold off for now, as I immediately noticed something shady was talking place..... Luckily for me I had a GoPro cam installed capturing the work the tech was completing. And what do you know, he did not even attempt to replace the wheels for the fan. Yet charged me $1100 on the invoice. AND then he replaced the motherboard. Did not touch the gas leak.... So they were charging me $1100 for something that didn't even fix my unit. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS It gets worse.... So I ended up buying a draft inducer motor myself and installed it for $50 versus the $1600 in Total they wanted. The invoice they even tried to charge ,e $150 for fixing the gas leak, but yet they didn't even touch it, and also advised it was free. What happened? So obviously the company is a bunch of scammers. To prove my point I replaced the ,motherboard with my old and it w, then orked fine. If I would of gone forward with these guys I would of paid over $1700, vs $60 my son did it with.... Leaving the gas leak open and leaking and ten proceeding to tell me they fixed it, but made no attempt. could have caught my house on fire. Im in the process of taking them to court. So I reach out to corporate to explain what happened. and their response was "all tasks were completed correctly" Umm according to three camera footage he didn't install things I was charged for. So if that is doing it correctly then you are the type of business people need to stay away from. They are still sending me an invoice for $1100. Im gonna need a written apology letter along with $600 for wasting my time, otherwise court case to come real soon. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS read more

Even the technician(Tom) came to check the unit before start the project and he prepared everything he needs for the project. Our old unit has an opposite position of supply and return duct system and it gave more challenge to install the new unit but the technicians from FREONX handled it very professionally without problem! I needed a mini split installed. I had purchased the unit already and just needed the install. I got about 10 bids, they were all over the place in price, some places refused to install unless I bought the unit from them. Freonx was great. I had an HVAC project and sent out quote requests via Yelp and heard from freonx 3 days after the last company had already come and done an in person estimate. I asked them when they would be available the soonest and to please reply quickly since they had been so terrible about replying before and boy did they reply with a complete "f*ck you" telling me their next appointment for an estimate is not until a month away.
