I went yesterday and they charge $1 per French toast stick which I thought was on the expensive side. Because it was convinent I stopped by today to get breakfast and ordered the 3 egg "mid western omelette". I received 2 fried eggs with cheese, potato's and bacon. I'm sure it's not someone else's breakfast as those are the contents of the midwestern. With a drink it came to $18. I'm sure it's overpriced but that seemed extreme. read more

Pizza is good, i'll give them that. My issue with this place is the prices change whenever the owner feels fit. Not to mention, overall this place is expensive. Especially when you get old food. Working in the area had us stopping in just out of convenience as Hampton traffic can be a brutal standstill. Entering a very small storefront , the pizza counter is small , cramped , and cluttered , as the staff were easily hidden and hard to communicate with. Pizza had lots of variety..the usual standards. Maybe a style of summertime ? Deli case could use some work as not very appealing to the eye... Chose a premade roast beef sandwich from display. Priced at only $5.99 good value for area, could use date on it for concern upon eating.. All in all just a quick spot for the needs. We visited Fresco Pizza and Deli during their soft opening weekend when we were visiting Southampton for the weekend. It's a beautiful deli with lots of new features--cool flooring, open and airy feel, display boards with the various sandwich options. They offer tons of breakfast options, pizzas, sandwiches, paninis, wraps, salads, and more. They didn't have the full menu available as they had just opened so the first few things I wanted to order weren't available. My husband went with the main beach sandwich--chicken cutlet, onion, ranch, hot sauce, and cheese on a garlic hero--and absolutely loved it! My roast beef deli sandwich was huge and average. Portions are huge here so enough for two meals! The pizzas were displayed in the window and looked tasty so would recommend giving those a try! They also have some prepared pasta salads and other sides in the deli serving window. Service was friendly and helpful too. Given that they had just opened, we will have to come back to get the full experience (and try some pizza!) next time we are in town! Will update the review then :) read more

I order a chicken cutlet sandwich here yesterday, and this very young girl made it, she didn't use gloves, the chicken was old and cold, she cover the whole roll on both sides with crazy amount of Mayonnaise , the point is that I was really hungry and didn't have anymore time to go anywhere else so once I got the sandwich wich she couldn't even wrapped good, it look terrible and honestly the worst experience for me, the food got me really sick , I have been going to the bathroom since yesterday.. I would never go back there, and it's very unfortunately that there is places like this one,that don't know how to handle food and be professional and responsible with their customers , I never comment about places but this one got me really upset!! read more

This Deli/ Pizza place was a tremendous disappointment. You first walk in the place is very clean, however the staff was not very inviting or even offered a greeting. Do not expect to feel a warm breeze of good feeling. When we went to order a blond hair women did not say a word just grabbed a notebook to take your order with no facial expression, in her mind you are just a number. Then a very short spanish woman , which im even sure why she was there was not even allowed to use register. She just walked around with no particular job. The food was not even close to what you would expect from a "hamptons establishment!" If you like to be dissapointed this is the place for you. Btw this happened two days in a row. This place could be the worst managed deli I have ever step foot in. It's a shame too because the food isn't that bad. The service was bad before but now there is some new guy begins the counter and he is just awful. What's sad is I think he is part of ownership. He has no idea how to run a business. The other day it was busy and a woman walked in and this guy literally ignored somebody and blatantly checked her out and made it known that he did. Ridiculously unprofessional and arrogant. He forgets orders. He looks lost. The service was bad before but the food was decent enough for me (working local) to come back. Now with this guy, I will not give my money to this business. My first Fresco experience is on a Sunday, and I ordered pizza at the $14 off-hours rate plus a little extra for a generous portion of added topping. Not sure why t.f., 6/18/19, cast doubt on freshness. I watched my pizza being made - as fresh as can be gotten anywhere. It also tasted just as good as any other pizza to be found in Southampton, and the person who waited on me was very pleasant. I will definitely return. read more

This deli has many issues. First, the women there are like robots and act like you're an inconvenience to them. Second.. the pricing, and yes I know this deli is in the hamptons. But how on earth do you justify charging 10.85$ for a turkey and Swiss sandwich on a roll. And 3$ for an off brand drink. I had to put back a small bag of chips because I thought 11$ would be enough for a sandwich and small bag of chips. Dead wrong. 13.85$. Will not be visiting this deli again. read more

This place has really gone downhill. Used to have excellent food a few years ago and a friendly staff, but new management lacks in a few areas; 1) customer service- the workers there can sometimes be short if not downright rude 2) quality of food has plummeted, used to be delicious now just mediocre; 3) they seem to not even know what they are serving- example; today I they had fajitas special.... so what usually comes with fajitas? Well, the grilled meat and veggies, tortillas, maybe some salsa/sour cream/guacamole? Nope, not here... just meat and veggies dumped in a box; when I asked about tortillas they became angry and argued with me, reluctantly prepared me some tortillas and flat-out refused the 'usual fixins' ... considering the fact that they are expensive for a deli I will no longer be returning there. Customer service is poor to say the least. I experienced a cold welcome and not even a simple "Hello, how can I help you" but "Can I help you"? It was my first time and although I could've been a little more specific (it is also a deli). I asked for "a pepperoni slice" and was given 2 slices of pepperoni in a bag. I then apologized for the confusion and asked for "a pepperoni slice of pizza". The woman rolled her eyes and said, "you have to go to the other counter". I was in awe and quite disappointed so I left. If there is a next time I would hope that there be great customer service and not a terrible experience read more
