Came here for dinner with my daughter and her friend. We were greeted and seated, then Ashley came and took our order. She had to come back a couple of times, as we decided what we were having. She was so cheerful and pleasant! I was THRILLED to discover that there's GF penne, and you can swap out roasted vegetables or risotto for pasta in the chicken dishes. There's also cauliflower crust PIZZA!! It's the usual 10" crust, but it was DELICIOUS!! I don't know what they did--added butter or olive oil?--but it was the BEST cauliflower crust that I have EVER had. I researched them once, and it was (at the time) 10 crusts for $15 from a web restaurant supply place. IF Mary's uses those crusts, they somehow greatly improve them. The pizza toppings were also WONDERFUL. We ordered three different pizzas, to share, and there was some confusion about one of the girl's orders, so Ashley got them ANOTHER pizza! That was unexpected and so very nice! The roasted vegetable side, and the burrata caprese appetizer were both incredibly flavorful. We had planned to go somewhere else, but it closes on Mondays. I am SO glad that we came to Mary's! The pepperoni and hot honey pizza, and the Marguerite pizza, were so yummy! Big fan. Grandma pizza may be the best in the hamptons....certainly around WB, East quogue, and Hampton Bays. Sauce was just the right amount of sweetness and it has great garlic. We came to celebrate a birthday and had a rather large party. They seated us in the back, there was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. Our main waitress and her helpers were on their game! Our drinks were never empty, food all came out at the same time, she was very attentive even with there being so many of us. The food was delicious! They start you with the warm garlic bread. This stuff is trouble bc if left alone with it, I could eat the entire tray. The main plate portions were huge, most had to get a to go container. We will absolutely be back! read more

The staff are lovely. The bartender makes an excellent martini. The mark up on wines is really reasonable. The food is uniformly excellent. Meals start with a basket of excellent focaccia strips. Our favorites include the personal pizzas (which are big enough to share). They are rich and have unique sesame seeded crusts. I often order the linguini with clam sauce. There is a ton of clams in the dish. I keep eyeing the Flinstonian sized veal chop parmigiana, but still haven't closed the deal. The food was delicious! I ordered the Caesar salad and it was fresh and chill without wilt or brown. The dressing was deliciously creamy and tasty. The shrimp were perfectly grilled and croutons were home made. It would have been nice to de-shell them but whatever. A little small for dinner salad Tasted the eggplant Parmesan was awesome. It was cooked to perfection and was not bitter or overly breaded and the sauce was hearty and a perfect mix of garlic and spices. Hearty portion! One thing--it was not a one layer fill the plate presentation but stacked in a deep dish--not that this mattered. The lasagna was perfection and the cheese velvety smooth and meat sauce fantastic in taste-- all ingredients well proportioned and prepared with intention and forethought. . Talking of portions--generously sized. The mini rice balls had amazing ingredients such as pease and beef and they were amazing taste--albeit a tad oily. The zucchini chips were NOT thin but about the 2/3 the height of an Oreo. They were awesome and cooked to perfection. The service was good--would have been great but towards the middle of the meal the waitress was no where to be found and I had to summon someone for water. Sadly, I summoned someone who I thought was our waiter but they happened to be another patron--they didn't oblige, appropriately. We were outside and therefore the noise level was acceptable--chairs and table a little backyard-ish, lighting almost acceptable and fans helped keep us cool. The fireplace added to the ambiance and helped us think we were not in a friends backyard. Tonight, Dianne took great care of us. I was so excited to be here again because our first time was just amazing. Tonight, my wife and I shared a Ceaser salad which was topped with fresh parmigiana shavings. For dinner, I had the amazing seafood marinara loaded with shrimp, clams and mussels in a delicious marinara sauce over linguini. Our friends had the unbelievable veal chop which was truly huge and unbelievable! I didn't order this because I wanted to try something different, I had the break last time.... Fuggedaboudit! This place is situated between two villages on a long stretch of less active road.. YET its non stop action at Mary's. Went in and was in shock to see how super busy this place is. Pizza counter up front, and tables to sit, and other areas in and outside of the restaurant full table service even better. Calamari is good, regular or Thai. You can't really go wrong here as most of the food seems homestyle and good. First time here and I am definitely coming back! I ordered a Paloma. The grapefruit beverage used add a wonderful splash of flavor. For appetizers we got the bruschetta that comes on a crostini which had a soft crunch. The Thai calamari was insanely good. I've never had calamari that wasn't chewy, this was easy to chew and our bartender informed us they cut the squid in house so its fresh not frozen! What really blew me away were the rice balls. It had a crisp outside and when you bite you get a blast of vodka sauce inside. It comes with vodka sauce to dip it into as well for extra love. Lastly, we got a margarita pizza on a cauliflower crust.
