They were a Cash only truck, so I am not sure if they are only momentarily doing cards. Bring cash just in case. Their Sisig plate is pretty good and it's only $8.99...not too bad. Everyone here raves about their lumpia. Recently got the bbq chicken. It was good, but thought I was getting the long lumpia, ended up being the small Shanghai lumpia. Oh well. The food is still good. People have said their Mongolian beef, and lots of other specials and plates are good. You can always call in your order and pick it up before they leave for the day when they are open. It is best to do that since you could be waiting for your food at times.

Food is good and cheap for the airport price. They only take cash but hope they will take card as well in the future.

I've been having such terrible luck with Mexican restaurants lately, so I decided to give this food…read moretruck a try. I ordered the tostadas de ceviche, shrimp tacos, and quesabirria tacos. Based on some other reviewers claiming they were overcharged, I paid close attention to the total. In my case, I was not overcharged. The prices listed at the time of my visit were $13.75 for the tostadas de ceviche, $6 each for the shrimp tacos, and $4.50 each for the quesabirria tacos. The tax charged also appeared consistent with the expected 9.25%. Unfortunately, my experience raised some serious food-handling concerns. The first thing that caught my attention happened before I even received my food. I watched the woman who took my order step out of the food truck, walk over to a pickup truck, and retrieve something from the back. I couldn't clearly see what she was getting because she seemed to make an effort to keep it out of my view. She used her apron almost like a bag to cover whatever she had picked up before returning to the food truck. She then looked at me and smirked as she walked back inside. Almost immediately afterward, I heard her and the cook begin preparing the food, including seasoning the birria and shrimp on the grill. I obviously can't say exactly what she retrieved or how it had been stored, but seeing seafood apparently being brought in from the bed of a pickup truck was concerning. Seafood needs to be kept at proper refrigerated temperatures, and from what I could observe, I had no way of knowing whether the product had been properly temperature-controlled. Even if it was in a cooler, I would still have concerns about whether the proper temperature had been maintained. Another issue was the handling of money and food. The same person collecting payment was also preparing the food. When I paid with cash, I could see pieces of cilantro and onion still on her hands while she handled the money. Watching someone go directly from handling cash to preparing food without an apparent handwashing or glove change was disturbing and, at minimum, gave me serious concerns about sanitation. As far as the atmosphere goes, this is a food truck, so expectations should obviously be different from a traditional restaurant. The operating truck is parked on the street, while there appear to be two additional food trucks stationed on an adjacent property. That property appears to be a stationary setup rather than trucks parked along the street. There was also one picnic table with an umbrella where customers could sit and eat, which was a nice option if you want to eat there. Now, despite all of those concerns, I had paid more than $40 for the food, so I ate it, and this is where things get complicated. The ceviche was phenomenal. Honestly, I've never had ceviche this good. The flavors and textures were better than anything similar I've eaten recently. The tostadas had an excellent crunch, and the ratio of ceviche to tortilla was perfect. There was enough topping on each tostada that I could get a little bit of everything in every bite. Based strictly on the ceviche, I would absolutely return. The shrimp tacos, on the other hand, were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't particularly memorable either. The bell peppers mixed into the shrimp threw off the flavor balance for me. I think the tacos would be better without them, or at least with less of them. The quesabirria was also just okay. I've had better elsewhere, and I was charged extra for the consommé, which was something to keep in mind. So overall, I have very mixed feelings about this place. The ceviche alone was good enough that I'd want to come back, but the food-handling and sanitation concerns I witnessed would make me think twice. The food itself has some real potential, particularly the ceviche, but I'd like to see more attention paid to food handling, temperature control, and basic sanitation practices before I could feel comfortable recommending the place without reservations.

The parking structure is shaped like a bagel/donut, so you're essentially trying to reach the center. Once you see outdoors, either get to the other side(outdoors) and down the ramp, OR walk around the fence until you see the food truck. You'll see a bunch of cabbies standing around stretching their legs, and you know you're close. Been here on a regular basis since I'm based at SFO. It's a little more complicated to get to now, since the airport put up a fence, but it's not impossible. Korean Ribs ($7.75) is my go to food, it never disappoints, and it's available everyday. Other good ones are Beef Stew or Frog Curry with rice (only seen those once on the menu). Skip their Chicken Masala/Shaking Beef, or any pre-made stuff in the heated section which is also under the order window. Pre-made stuff is the same price as ordering food, you just get less food (small plastic container vs bigger paper boxes.

Dominic's is my favorite food truck in the entire bay area…read more I've had food at almost all the food trucks between SF and the peninsula, and some from the south bay. It's a hidden gem for sure, and as you can tell from my photos, it's pretty much my #1 choice whenever I see them at a food truck gathering. It's a good and bad thing that they're not well known (good because there is no line or very fast wait, bad because they definitely deserve everyone's business). I've gone to them so much that they recognize me, since I tend to follow them wherever they go, even if it's at a random school fair, haha. Lately, I haven't been eating out but I do miss them. Low key they serve the best lobster rolls in the bay, with the best price. They know how to butter and grill the fluffy fresh bread so well, and they always have the perfect drawn butter ready. It's so great with their addictive skinny fries - even better if they're garlic fries. Their garlic is very freshly minced, and they bathe you in that garlic. They only do the lobster rolls once in a while, though. They always have a rotating special menu that I like to try, but they also have a solid standard menu. On their standard menu, I love their grilled fresh crab and shrimp sandwich, which is a nice substitute for lobster; it's also buttery, creamy, grilled perfectly, and filled with fresh sweet seafood. Just writing about their food makes me salivate. They've missed a couple of times with me - mostly on their Asian items, fried appetizers, and desserts. But if they're doing meat, seafood, sandwiches, or pasta (basically American or Italian), I'm all in there. Their lobster ravioli is way better than Costco or Trader Joe's, and probably on par with some upscale restaurants out here. You can even request slight modifications to your food and they'll get it done. They also have a regular catering business and offer pick up orders (usually with a 4 person minimum) for holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. While I enjoy my no wait time at Dominic's, I'll spread the word because I just have a good day any time I get to enjoy their food.

I ordered the kabuli pulao and a Coke for pickup through DoorDash, planning a tidy lunch to enjoy near the bay once I got off work. When I arrived at the food truck, the gentleman working there unfortunately informed me that the items I had just ordered were sold out. He kindly suggested an alternative of tikka kabob, which I gladly accepted. The tikka kabob was tasty and well-seasoned, delivering a satisfying depth of flavor with each bite. The rice was fragrant with softly shredded carrots and raisins, adding subtle sweetness and texture that complemented the smoky kabob nicely. A generous addition on top of my order were complimentary Watani fries, drizzled with a sauce reminiscent of a tangy chimichurri. The food truck itself sits in the same lot as the mosque in Burlingame, which is a convenient spot to park. It's also just a couple of blocks away from the bay shore as well, making the entire experience easy to fit into a pleasant outing for lunch by the water: While I initially sought kabuli pulao, the recommended tikka kabob turned out to be a great alternative. The flavors were strong, the rice provided a nice counterpoint, and the chimichurri-like sauce on the fries was a standout touch. Service was friendly and kind. Definitely open to trying the original kabuli pulao on a future trip, but I'd gladly rely on the team's thoughtful substitutions again. Overall, this place was lovely and definitely will return again.

This food truck serves burgers, tacos, and quesadillas, pretty much a microcosm of what people usually eat in the Bay Area -- and what is actually missing in Millbrae because of the concentration of Asian food. It's also quite a high tech food truck, where you order via a giant touch screen. The folks who work the truck are nice, the only downside is that you can't eat the food right there, so it's always a bit cold by the time I get home. The food usually hits the spot, so I can only imagine if I could have it fresh off the grill!
