Ate here today for dinner after work as a paraprofessional at P.S. 12 Q that I had gotten the Mexican steak with a cold bottle of Mexican cola. As an overall, it was definitely great and delicious. The service there was also attentive and quite good. Finally, I would definitely eat and come back again next time.

Best cemitas I've ever tried, very loaded was worth the 2 hour drive. Highly recommended!

Tried this place because I saw it on tik tok, I liked my boyfriends cemita de milanesa de pollo better than the bistec one, my meat was cold :( but staff was really nice and replaced it for me. The chips are so good. Would go back just for that tbh.

I'm surprised this place isn't on Yelp yet (yay for the first review!) considering there are tons of reviews on Google. But hey, it's a food truck, so I guess it flies under the Yelp radar. You'll find this gem parked on 69th St in Woodside, conveniently close to the train station. Talk about easy access! They've maintained a solid 5-star rating on Google Reviews, which is pretty impressive. With such glowing reviews, my expectations for the food were higher than my family's expectations for my cooking (which is saying a lot). Everyone seemed to rave about their chilaquiles, claiming they were the standout dish. Naturally, being the clueless food adventurer I am, I didn't get the chilaquiles. Nope, I went straight for their 20 oz horchata ($5). You know, that creamy, cinnamony magical drink from Spain, made with ground rice, milk, and cinnamon. I've been craving horchata ever since I first tried it from a seller near the QCM train station. I never got to taste her tamales, but her horchata was love at first sip. It was unlike anything I'd ever tried before - creamy, cinnamony (and I usually don't even like cinnamon!), and just deliciously rice-y. So, I took a leap of faith and ordered the horchata. Long story short, it was perfection. Sweet, refreshing, and hit the spot like a home run. They strained it so well, it wasn't powdery at all. I was practically floating on a horchata cloud :^) Feeling adventurous, I also ordered their Orden De 3 Tacos (which just means an order of three tacos lol), all filled with beef brisket. They had a variety of other options, but I stuck with the classic since my sisters and I were sharing. When I received them in a plastic box, I was shocked at how heavy it was. Seriously, it felt like I was holding a pound of food. Who knew tacos could double as dumbbells? Plus, ordering the Orden De 3 Tacos is a smarter choice since it's cheaper than getting individual tacos. At $4.50 per taco, the Orden De 3 Tacos come out to $4 each - great deal! Plus, they were huge. The portion size was fantastic, and the flavors? Oh boy, they did not disappoint. They were definitely a little on the blander side compared to Birria-Landia's. They did have cilantro in their tacos, but we wished they added chopped onions directly on top rather than giving us a whole onion (you didn't read that wrong! they gave a whole onion) and green pepper on the side. Buuuuut, it was still yummmm! (and the dedication is admirable) In a nutshell: 5/5 stars. Highly recommend! This food truck is a hidden gem that deserves all the love. They made and packaged my food with so much love. If you haven't checked it out yet, you're seriously missing out!

Good sized tacos, only issue is random pieces of gristle. Super friendly staff. The pivot to cemitas seems to be successful.

The place is known for their pancakes and they have a huge variety! I was debating between the blueberry pancakes or the banana brulee pancakes. I went with the blueberry pancakes and it was delicious! Lots of blueberry inside the pancakes and blueberry compote on top. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful without being too sweet or overload. My boyfriend and I also shared a salmon eggs benedict on the seasonal menu. It was one of the best salmon eggs benedict I've ever had. The portion was perfect - two decent sized Benedicts with a small salad on the side. The best thing is that the Benedict is not on an English muffin, but a hash brown. The service was great as they came by several times to ask if we were ready to order before we actually ordered. They were also very attentive in refilling our water cups. The place is relatively small so I can see how it gets crowded. There is a restroom in the rear for customers. One final tip is that this place does not accept credit cards - only cash, Venmo or Zelle! Would definitely be back for the salmon eggs Benedict, to try other pancakes, and their drinks as well.

We were also intrigued to try the sangria that yelp raved about. We got a pitcher! It did NOT disappoint. It was a decent size pitcher for the price. Roza came to us and asked if we liked it and told us it was her recipe. No sugar ,No soda .It was tasty, thick full of fruit and definitely had liquor because I left with a buzz She also brought out the rosè for us to try pretty good too very refreshing will definitely do that one in warmer weather. I got the Dbar burger it was good but so big I didn't finish it all. My husband got the rib eye burger. He liked it but it was a little to greasy for him he didn't finish it. My 13 year old wanted breakfast. It was not in the menu but we figured we ask since it is a diner. She got pancakes with fruit and scrambled eggs. My youngest daughter got from the kids menu grilled cheese with fruit she enjoyed it so much we had to order another. Both girls for the marshmallow milkshake they LOVED it! For appetizers we got calamari good but could've used a little more breading. Also got chips with guacamole and honestly for a diner it was delicious. Everyone was friendly. Roza knew she had a bday past since we conversed for a bit and suggested we can sing her happy bday and asked what she liked I told her chocolate cake. They asked for the correct spelling of her name which I thought was sweet. Anyway the staff came out and sang with us super cool. Even the bathrooms are really clean. It was a great experience will definitely come back.I must be honest it's a hit pricey. The price for the pancakes with eggs was $23 when we saw the bill I was a little surprised. Kids' meals are $13 and I thought we were getting the cake (free, lol) since I technically didn't suggest it. It was $12 for a slice. But overall it was a pleasure she even gave us a sample of vodka with lemon and ginger which was actually good and helps settle the stomach.

(Reservations are not that easy to make last minute.) The restaurant is big and open but always busy. Kids get wax craft sticks to play with and bend into cool shapes, which I find very unique and cool. I feel like there is a difference between a diner and a true brunch place. A diner, of which there are numerous in New Jersey, is a establishment that churns out inexpensive, and potentially excellent, but very standard breakfast food - omelettes, pancakes, benedicts and the like. A true brunch place, on the other hand, offers things like lemon ricotta pancakes, cacio e pepe scrambles, mushroom thyme omelettes and shakshuka. Willow & Whisk is that kind of brunch place, and which is rare in New Jersey. The food options are varied, very tasty, and with good portion sizes. I love the shakshuka and the mushroom thyme omelette. Oh gosh, when is our next reservation again?

The wait was around 30 minutes for 4 on at 1:30p on a Sunday. By the time our meal ended, there were several empty tables. Service (4/5): Timing of the dishes was not in sync with the table (not that that bad, just noticeable). Ordering wasn't as smooth as we hoped but all in all corrected (order was wrong but was corrected when we were asked to re-confirm the order). By the time we sat, the food was out within 20 min and then the pancakes came out another 20 min after the first dish. Food (5/5): The food was outstanding! Seriously like everything from the pancakes, ramen, to the lemonade. Lunch special of Tan Tan ramen (special May 2026) and Pork Cha-Shu Bowl. Tan Tan was spectacular and was def better than the bowl. The broth had so much flavor with richness, spice, spicy level, half seasoned egg. The noodles were also a lovely bouncy chew. The pork was pretty standard with about 5 thin slices spread over a soy sauce based sauce. Omurice was very silky. The egg was nice and runny. I liked that the sauce wasn't too ketchup-flavor forward. I enjoyed the rice which had bits of meat which gave it more flavor too. Crème Anglaise Souffle Pancake - my only wish was that there was more of it because it was so good. The cream that was on top was not too heavy and the zest flavors blended surprisingly well. It comes with a little side of fresh fruit. The cake was not overly egg-y in flavor either. Lavender Lemonade - Not too tart and not too sweet. I liked the forward lavender taste.

Everyone's order was taken but ours. Once we finally got to place our order, we watched everyone finish their meal, while getting morning. Not a drink, not a coffee, not an appetizer. The service was horrendous. We waited for almost an hour to get our meal. Felt bad for the only two sweet women working the entire restaurant--serving, bussing, cleaning, doing everything. Is management out of their mind? Only two people working the entire space, that's packed to the gills? Unacceptable. The two ladies did best they could. Felt bad. The vibes are pretty and are the only reason people flock to this place. AC was out of control--everyone was shivering and there was nothing that could be done. I don't remember ever being so uncomfortable at a restaurant and wishing for to leave after traveling over an hour one way to dine here. $6 Hot Matcha latte & $6.50 hot rose matcha lattes were probably the highlights of our experience, which is sad. Drinks are ludicrously expensive, at $20 a small pop. Hipster prices, hipster experience. $20 chocolate old fashioned was good, but I wouldn't return for it. We got the $19 salty (classic) ramen and the $19 soy (sho-yu) ramen and both were the worst we've ever had. Who wrote all these good reviews for ramen here?? Instant packaged ramen tastes better. The broth was off--tasted of old meat, especially the classic ramen. Noodles were instant pre packed kind. The three time sad pieces of pork tasted of nothing. This was super disappointing. The salmon ikura bowls were nothing to write home about. $16 matcha soufflé pancakes were undercooked inside. Had no taste, but the matcha sauce was sweet and added some light flavor. Overall, would not return. Parking around is nonexistent. Trains are tough. This spot is in the middle of nowhere and so not worth the track.
