The white tuna sushi was also really good. I also tried the crab rangoon and egg rolls, but those weren't anything too special. The rangoon had a very smooth, cream cheese-heavy filling. Not bad, just not particularly memorable. My mom got the sweet potato roll, which I surprisingly really enjoyed. I also ordered a sparkling sake. Service-wise, the bartender was a bit scattered and slow. She threw out the screw top from my sake bottle, but when she realized I might want to take the rest to go, she actually opened a new bottle just to give me the cap, which I appreciated. She also asked if I wanted a wine glass, which felt a little odd considering they have sake glasses. You'll be happy to know that my evaluation of this place hasn't changed. The staff is extremely friendly. They've got plenty of cooks so even though they're busy, the weight is not very long, and the food is still outstanding for strip mall Chinese. Crisp, fresh vegetables, great flavor, and everything cooked just right. The lo mein noodles were al dente and the chicken and garlic sauce. I had had crispy, broccoli and carrots and just the right amount of spice. Unlike some other reviews have stated I was not charged extra for sauces or anything else, fortune cookies included, and were free, and the egg rolls and main dish was not greasy and had lots of flavor. I can only imagine that these poor reviews must be coming from competition that knows this is a good place to eat . Don't pay any attention to them and come on by.

My husband's iced tea sat on a serving tray 10 mins before the server brought him the drink and didn't offer him a sugar tray for the unsweetened tea. It took over an hour from finishing the salad before our entrees arrived and that was only after asking . The waiter laughed and said an hour isn't long it's summer busy season . Our food miraculously appeared seconds later and my medium fillet was served practically cold and undercooked medium rare. The waiter didn't offer an apology or to any type of resolution. We asked for a manager and was told after it was the owner and that owner told me I was ridiculous for when saying the steak was cold and offered no apology or anything to smooth things over . Instead he doubled down on calling me basically a liar . The waiter laughed again when he brought the check . Terrible service and mediocre food for the prices. Very disappointing way to celebrate a birthday and frankly ruined the day for me. The owner also said that dinner is a two hour wait and an hour is fast and that's what's ridiculous not myself for expecting warm or hot and properly cooked steaks at a steakhouse.
