Apparently they change their menu often, which I wouldn't expect from a place like this. It's definitely not fast food but it's not your typical sit down restaurant. Everything we tried was great but I loved the sweet potato noodles and BBQ chicken so much that I ordered extra to take home for the following days lunch. Unfortunately, Fresh Kitchen has lost its once amazing quality. In recent visits I've noticed that the quality of some items has not only been bad but getting to the point where it's inedible (mushy and brown ahi tuna/sour guacamole/ and crumbly tofu). When I commented on this to a manager I wasn't expecting a refund I simply wanted to advise them that some items should not continue to be served- I received a rude remark from one of the managers saying that this is how their products have always been and that they consistently do quality checks. Constructive criticism should be appreciated in the food business but unfortunately this lady was just plain rude- pretty sure management has changed at this location and it shows. FK Tampa has never failed me though! This is an awesome chain but I hope that this Boca location improves! read more

This is one of the best additions in the area. I have been three times and I was able to get a few different items each time and I have to admit they were all delicious. I am not so crazy about drinking juices because i dont like adding sugar to my perfect body but they are tasty for the most part. Update as of 1/31/2018: Nice message from the owner but absolutely no follow-up from him or FK management after two weeks of waiting. So heads-up if you have an issue with this place good luck getting any resolution. Poor restaurant management and customer service is usually a leading indicator for food quality and store cleanliness declining. No skin off my back though; my healthy eating dollars are being spent elsewhere! read more

The food here is great, I've been to the flagship store in Tampa and they run a great company. The closest competition is Bolay but fresh kitchen definitely has a step up on them. The food one's much better together, you have to try the Buffalo chicken in the Almond chicken in the six bowl. You can tell the creator of the menu really understands healthy food and allergen free food. It's not just a fad to them it's about making healthy food taste delicious. read more

I was really excited to try Fresh Kitchen but there was nothing really memorable about my experience. It was just okay. I had a bowl with the spiced rice, quinoa, both chickens and broccoli. In my opinion, the chicken had this super hard char on it that just tasted burnt. I love grilled chicken but I had trouble eating it. The spiced rice reminded me of Chinese vegetable rice from the mall food court. Again, it tasted alright but nothing memorable. Also, I was a little weary about eating the hot food from a clear plastic to-go container. Hopefully it was BPA free and no chemicals leeched into my food. Overall, the vibe inside the restaurant is fresh and cool but perhaps they're still working on perfecting the food. read more
