Ordered my favorite meal there, which is the 2-meat (ribs and pulled pork) combo ($17). The combo comes with two sides - I usually get the flavored rice (Rice 'a la Trigg) and the mac and cheese. The meal also includes a slice of bread. Lemonade is $3 extra, bottled water $2. As always, the ribs and pulled pork were excellent. I especially love the yellow sauce (I think a mustard sauce) they use to flavor their meats and rice side dish, which is a unique staple of this restaurant. The beef rib meal is not cheap at $72, however, it is something that will blow your mind. It was more than my wife and I could finish, so it's plenty of food. The satisfaction of being served a giant smoked beef rib is hard to beat. After speaking with the owner Chef Bryan Jacobs for a short time during our first experience, I could tell that he was a humble man who accepted praise and criticism with grace. It is apparent that the goal of this business is to please its customers with a quality product. This barbecue is really something special and I highly recommend it. One change I would like to see from the business is to have a calendar posted on instagram, Facebook or both that lists their locations and times for the month.
