Kale me *delighted... to discover this fresh and healthy breakfast, lunch and smoothie shop, right there in the heart of things at Midtown. I can't go to or from work without passing right by it. They have açaí bowls, poke bowls, wraps, toasts (love the hummus with cucumber and feta!), smoothies, hot healthy drinks and so much more. I've been three times and have just scratched the surface on the menu. I feel like I'm taking good care of myself, every time I come in-and they take good care of us. The staff is so polite and efficient. They seem to like what they do-and the quality of the food has been excellent so far. Adding to the overall feeling of zen: the clean decor and that amazing morning light, from the east-facing windows. What a spot to start the day! You can eat inside at the tables, with bench seating on one side, chairs on the other-or outside at tables. Either way, you can soak up the early sun. It feels like you're basking in the new possibilities ahead. Parking is easy and free in the adjacent garage and it's a quick walk from there. Midtown in the morning is gorgeous and peaceful-it sort of smiles at you. Can't wait to return-and smile back!
Great service and great food! The kids had smoothies, while I tried their rose matcha and avocado toast. Everything was fresh and flavorful. I especially love the light mustard flavor with the avocado toast (SO GOOD)! The customer service was great! Super friendly! They were also quite cleanly and in an adorable area surrounded by other cute shops! Love this area!
This was a cute fast casual restaurant in Midtown. I went with my team for a quick lunch. The watermelon juice was fantastic. Super refreshing and taste like I was eating a juicy fresh slice of watermelon. I had a poke bowl to eat. It was just ok. Very fresh ingredients but lacked flavor. The prices were a little high for the type of food and being a fast casual but the portions were good. I'll be back to try something different or at minimum, get some fresh juice.

Great place for a smoothie, açaí bowl or a light meal. We had smoothies here and they were absolutely amazing! Super tasty, super refreshing. Service was attentive and nice, and surprisingly very quick. Ambience is very modern, pleasant and comfortable with a few tables.
This place is delicious! Although it is a little pricey it's definitely worth the fresh and filling food and delicious drinks. I got a pesto chicken wrap and it was so good i've been craving it since. They also have interesting drinks, like a beat root latte and a rose matcha (what i got). The service was amazing and helped us figure our order out and the vibe was perfect for catch up chats and studying. Definitely will visit again soon!
Went to grab a quick lunch with my manager and wanted to try somewhere new! This spot is located in the lovely Midtown Tampa shopping center! I ordered the chicken pesto wrap with a beet juice! The wrap was something quick and easy for a lunch, but you can tell that it isn't cooked fresh. I really enjoyed the juice but thought it was a little pricey for $10. I would love to come back and try other options on the menu!

LOVE IT SO MUCH!! everything here is delicious. i absolutely love their food, it's healthy and delicious . ranking my favorites below 1. chicken pesto wrap !! 2. acai bowl !! 3. salmon toast !! 4. quinoa bowl 5. egg sandwich if you get their app you can also order pickup super easily with no extra charges. there are always spots inside to sit so i like to do work here also. the owner is so sweet!!! such a nice energy here, i cannot recommend enough! bathroom and self serve water station. lots of parking and walkable area
This is my go-to order at Kale Me Crazy, and every time I consider ordering something else, my heart draws me back to this. The Egg Sandwich has an organic hard-boiled egg, vegan mayo, tomato, cucumbers, mozzarella, and arugula served on a bagel, and it is a delicious combination that will leave you happily satisfied. I always eat it out on their patio and enjoy the people watching in Midtown Tampa. Their team is always friendly and helpful, and it's always a lovely experience.
Cute little place to get some healthy grub fast. I really loved the avocado toast. I liked it so much, I can't wait to try the salmon toast...wouldn't mind the Almond butter toast either (: That Well esa shot was spicy AF. Just sayin- Haha.

It was good with the Italian dressing but wish it it more ingredients other than the bulk of lettuce. My friend got a wrap which lacked any sauce. Be sure to ask for a side of sauce.

The one time I went here the food was really good. I ordered a tuna wrap with vegan mayonnaise and gluten-free spinach tortilla. The service was quick. The place was clean and I think it's a good spot to go for a study date or to relax and enjoy clean food that doesn't leave you feeling bloated or gassy. Also adorable at around $13 I didn't get a drink. read more

I am actually sad writing this review BECAUSE I live in Cincinnati and cannot frequent Kale Me Crazy. I had one of the best poke bowls of my life here on a recent trip to Florida. My husband and I were looking for something semi-quick and healthy for lunch on our way from the airport to Siesta Key. SO SO happy we found this place. My poke was insanely fresh and quality. It literally melted in my mouth. While I wasn't able to customize it and add a ton of toppings like I usually do, I didn't mind at all because this bowl was so expertly curated and delicious. I also enjoyed my matcha immensely. My husband got a wrap and finished every crumb. Parking wasn't easy since it's ina. shopping center, but my husband dropped me off and picked me back up, so it was no trouble for us. read more

I was looking to get a smoothie after going to a plant show and saw this place listed. I went because it was close and I wanted to also browse at the REI store. The restaurant is clean and nice and there are outside tables. The 3 is for the smoothie. It was ok. I get smoothies frequently from smoothie focused places and this one was not as good and also smaller but more expensive. It did the trick but if I came back I would try one of their food items. The menu looks good. read more

I popped in to give this place a try, and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Quinoa Bowl (GF) - Quinoa, kale, carrots, feta, avocado, green peppers, tomatoes, scallion mix, garbanzo beans, and lemon vinaigrette. Yum!! It normally comes with cucumber also, but I ordered it without them (allergy). The girl that took my order was super friendly and the whole place just had a nice relaxed vibe. They also have cold pressed juices, smoothies, wellness shots, açaí and oats, salads, sandwiches and wraps, poke bowls, and toasts. I will definitely be back to try more!! read more

The was my first time going. I was song a yelp event near by that involved soap. I need to eat first. There was so many choices to choice from. I had a chicken pesto wrap and peanut butter smoothie. The sun dried tomato in the wrap was a nice touch. There so many variety of wrap and smoothies to choice from.staff were so nice. I am allergic to almond milk so they were able to substitute it for oat milk. They even asked if I was ok with peanut butter due to my almonds issue I am good with peanut. read more
This place is wonderful! The smoothies are delicious and packed with veggies and nutrients. You can also add vegan protein to them (which is what I did). The staff is also SO lovely and friendly! Was only in Tampa for the week and came here twice I loved it so much. read more

Horrible horrible horrible food!! Felt rushed out as soon as our food came out. Don't mind paying the price if it's worth it. The chicken was ice cold and has a weird after taste. Just wasted $60 on a kale bowl from here. Definitely not coming back! We are still hungry with bad appetite now. read more

Really delicious food. I couldn't recreate this smoothie to be as good as they made, and I bought the veggie quesadilla and added pesto in place of asparagus - amazing!! I'll be back here soon!! read more

Delicious food, clean restaurant. I thought the hummus toast was a bit pricey at close to $7. My daughter loved it, but whoa, that was a lot. Parking was easy, love the location in midtown Tampa! Very friendly staff! I'll visit again. read more

Kale Me Crazy is brand new to Midtown Tampa. For the grand opening, the restaurant is giving free smoothies. I ordered the 'Green Dream' smoothie which has kale, coconut water, mint leaves and other ingredients. Very refreshing. Also, I ordered the Mediterranean Hummus. It's good but just a tad bit salty. It comes with green pita chips. The owner is very sweet and kind. I will go back and check out food items. Good hang place. read more

I was really impressed with the green juice at Kale ME Crazy. The container is about 10 ounces and lasted a few days once I opened it and kept it refrigeratorated. It has a great flavor, and it isn't too thick or too thin. It was just right. read more

Went here on a Friday for a nice healthy lunch and ordered the Chicken Pesto Wrap (4/5). The wrap itself is very tasty and healthy but it's not as filling as I would have liked. The lettuce adds a nice crunch but takes up about 50-60% of the volume of the wrap; there's too much for me to really enjoy the flavors of the rest of the wrap when it gets watered down that much. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place for a quick healthy eat just not for a filling meal. read more

Super cute and really clean in a trendy area of Tampa! 1) Excellent food selections 2) Perfect for any occasion 3) Best Avocado Toast I have ever had in my life and excited to try the almond butter toast next time (possibly tomorrow as I am craving this place) 4) The Smoked Salmon was good, but not exciting how I envisioned in my mind - anxious to try the Quinoa Bowl next 5) Tuna wrap was super filling and a great meal to share due to the size 6) Only a few tables inside and outside, along with 4-5 bar stools YET a great courtyard to take your food to go and enjoy the sun 7) Also ordered a beet cold press juice and was able to share amongst the 3 of us. Very tasty and flavorful 8) Super friendly staff --Free parking in the garage, but not overnight --Great shopping options well within walking distance (Sephora and Casper, just a few....) --Located next to the Aloft and Westin, so if you are staying there - perfect to try --Good Photo ops all around I enjoyed my meal and will definitely put this on my list of weekly or bi-weekly places to come! read more

Located in Midtown, Kale Me Crazy is delicious and fantastic for quick or leisurely meal!! Newly opened, there is seating inside, outside and on the lawn, if you get to go. The menu has something for everyone! Smoothie or coffee, freshly squeezed juices. I recommend, beet juice. Yummy and super healthy. You can order a wrap, bowl, toast, or poke bowl! Everything can be customized or added on and then is freshly made for you. The menu clearly shows GlutenFree and Vegan. The customer service is fantastic and super nice. Everything is clean and kept clean. This is perfect for a quick grab-and-go lunch or lovely, leisurely dinner. read more
My review is based solely on the drinks here. I tried the Protein Latte and it was absolutely delicious. Perfect drink if you're craving coffee after your workout! The food looked pretty good but nothing on the menu seemed out of the ordinary so I wasn't in any rush to try it. (I Don't mean that in a bad way :)) Definitely will be back for a latte though! read more

This restaurant offers healthy food items that are delicious and filling. I had the poke bowl without cucumbers and I savored every bite. The only downside of this experience was that the time from ordering to receiving my food was lengthy due to staff making items look like their photographs around the restaurant and on the menu (this is the explanation ai received from the staff member). Will definitely go back but order ahead or allot time to wait read more

Have walked passed this place quite often in Midtown Plaza and I finally decided to check it out. The person serving me was very kind and attentive, the decor inside was really cute, and I had a perfectly balanced Smoked Salmon salad with mustard dill dressing. I think this place is honestly great for doing work as the sofa inside is comfy and has plenty of outlets. Additionally, I like the variety on their menu with different types of toasts, lattes, sandwiches, and salads. Would come here again. read more
