Make sure to check your garments before you leave at pick up…read more I've brought a couple sets of clothes here for dry cleaning. Got one set back with stains still on the garment but assumed it might just not be removable. Idk figured it was worth giving the benefit of the doubt since the staff seemed nice and capable. I should've been more diligent in checking the clothes the next time before I left but the recent set of clothes I picked up I inspected when I got home and looked untouched, in their original state and then I noticed the tag reading "needs sewing" was still on my dress strapped and unfixed. It wouldn't be that annoying since it really is my own fault but I gave the woman an extra week to fix it after she told me she was unable to do it in the original allotted time. I really should've checked in store before I left so it's mostly on me and they were a nice enough staff, just be careful before you pay. Either way, I paid full price for all of this and it wasn't cheap so I'm annoyed since I'll have to pay for them again to get done somewhere else properly.

We agreed upon a day to pick up and it was ready (and wrinkle free!) when I got there. I'd recommend bringing your heels both for drop off and pick up to ensure its correct length. Pricing was pretty fair! She accepts cash and card. What my favorite experience with my interactions with I presume was ivy is how sweet she is! She has very good energy. I'd come back for all my tailoring needs for not just the exceptional work but to support her and her friendliness demeanor.

Customer service is none existent when something goes wrong and you will need to jump through hoops to talk to the manager. Two and a half weeks ago my mother dropped off a few of my Indian ethnic outfits. As can be assumed by the one star review, one of my trousers was completely ruined. I originally spent close to 100 dollars on the garment itself not including shipping from India. When my mother went to pick up the clothes they originally just gave them all to her without admitting that they were damaged, had she not personally checked each item we would have not even known until it was time for me to wear it. The employ at the front desk informed her that she could not do anything without the manager, who apparently only is in less then 3 hours a day, a few days a week. I called last week to ask if the manager was in but she wasn't and was told she would be in on last Monday before 9. I finally had time this morning and called and asked if the manager was in. The receptionist had a very passive aggressive tone while she told me that the manager had been waiting for me to come in the past few weeks. I was also told to bring in the matching top of my trousers before 10 am. I went in and saw my trousers which had discolored all over, with one leg being much lighter and the fabric becoming "crunchy". The manager informed me that she could only refund me the original fee of eleven dollars or she could provide a store credit of 50 dollars. When I would try to say something she would simply say that that the shop took "no guarantee on ethnic Indian clothing", she kept pointing to the embroidery on the top and saying that they can't be responsible if it falls off, even thought the top was perfectly intact and that isn't something that's told to the consumer when the items are dropped off. She also told me that providing the 50 dollar store credit is the most "they" allow her to do. I asked her if there is an owner that I could take to and she claimed she is the owner. Honestly this experience has left a really bad taste and I really don't appreciate the dishonesty about passing along a damaged garment or claiming to be the owner even when you have a boss who I would have rather talked to.
