Really disappointed in my visit here. I felt rushed and that's unpleasant when you're trying to relax and treat yourself. My pedicure was fine but not great. I got a gel manicure and she didn't cap the ends with polish so you can see my natural nails at the ends of each tip. Two days later several of the nails had either chipped or cracked. I went back to have them redone and all they did was put an additional coat of polish on each of the nails. A quick fix that lasted about 12 hours until the nails cracked in the same place again. The goal is to get you tipsy with the endless mimosas but if you want any real work done they don't have real artists you literally only need basic needs to come to this facility. That we're happy to pour you more champagne but they're not so happy if you want major designs good work good shape for the price that you pay I would not recommend coming here if you want your money's worth go somewhere where they are skilled in shape design and time you offered for me to come back at a different time but I have my kids it's not ideal to bring a kid to a nail place no one wears a mask and there's no verification if they even have their vaccines. I visited fresh nail bar at the end of August (around the 29th) and got a deluxe pedicure. A few days after the service, i started to notice little bits of dead skin coming off of my feet. Progressively it has worsened with significant and concerning peeling, and today (sept 14) I've attatched a picture of what my feet look like. This is the 4th time I've had a deluxe pedicure from the location and I have NEVER had this happen before. Nor have I ever had any peeling or any fungal foot infections on my feet at all. I visited the salon today and asked to speak to a manager. The girls working up front walked to the back( presumably to speak to the manager) then came back out and said there was no manager to speak to at that location and that they couldn't help me.I asked for a time she would be there, they said they couldn't give me a time. I advised that is an inconvenience as I would not be available later. I asked if there was anything they could do at that time I and I was told no and advised I should go to a doctor.... Currently my foot is peeling like crazy and I am very concerned. Again I have NEVER had an issue like this before. I have been unable to speak to a manager about it and have received no offer of help or a refund. This is disappointing as I am a loyal customer who is surprised at the type of response and customer care I have received thus far. I have noticed drastic difference in the service quality and customer care since the recent change in management. Bottom line up front: $100 for nails that aren't even painted correctly, not to mention the aftermath under my nails. So much miscommunication and not caring that o really paid for. I've only been here before for a pedicure once, but thought it was ok and they squeezed me in so tried it again. Decided on a pedicure but when she told me she had time for a mani too, I decided to add it on. I told her regular pedicure, she did a gel. And when I gave her my color, she did a pure white, staying "most people want white for new years". I don't, I want the color I picked. I gave into the gel pedicure, reluctantly. I NEVER get a manicure, love long nails but hate the aftermath. I asked my technician her opinion on gel vs dip knowing my nails were too short and would need tips. She recommended gel...then when I said I wanted tips, she said I had to do dip. She did so many layers of dip, then did gel for the tips??! I showed her a picture before she started of what I wanted. It wasn't until after she put tips on that she told me another $15 for French tips. Ok. She made several Comments throughout the process of how much work this was....but I'm paying for it, so what's the issue? I don't want to feel like a burden, and now I think she just wanted to be done. Very messy job - you can even still see the red from my prior polish she didn't remove fully. Overall, not a good job for $100+. I know have to go home and clean up the goop under my thumb and add more color to the spots missing it, I won't come back nor would I recommend. read more

Preface- I was bride 2 days before my wedding and never I never get my nails done: I looked up reviews and thought I found a nail salon that I would enjoy and get great nails done at for my wedding. This is what I got vs what I wanted. I didn't fully realize what I got until I was in my 1hr drive home. I called my sister later that evening for back up and she said she would call for me. I was frustrated and felt like I needed to just accept it. My sister reassured me and said no- they are your nails for your day and we will get them redone. She told me that the manager said I could go in and get my nails redone but no refund. Not even a partial. Nope! **I did get my nails redone by another salon and they ended up looking great.** Fast forward to 3 days after my wedding and I called the nail salon and the manager said no refund and they could do my nails for free. No! Unacceptable! I'm not going back to a nail salon where they messed up my nails. No refund offered. I obviously didn't realize what was going on, look how much I tipped! I'm still mad! Went there for the first time ever today and had a pretty good experience. Had to wait a little bit but I was a walk in, so I expected that. Especially on a Saturday. Brought in a design I liked and shape and as nervous as I was to try this shape for the second time (the first time I did not like it - got it down years ago somewhere else). But it came out beautifully and I ended up liking my nails more than I thought I would! Andy was my nail tech and he was patient with me (I kept asking to go shorter - since I have a baby at home) and he got the perfect length for me. Thank you so much!!!!! I'm relatively new to Charlotte and have been having a hard time finding a good nail salon, but my search is over!! If you're like me, you check Yelp before going anywhere. I was a little hesitant because it was so new but I'm so happy! I got SNS dip nails and they definitely know what they're doing. Han took so much time and care to make sure my nails were beautiful and I was happy with them. The girls next to me were also raving about Ann's work so I'm confident no matter who you get they'll be great!! Tom (the owner) serves endless champagne and beverages if you want them. If you've been there you know how many technicians there are, and they're all on holiday??? I went twice with the "new management" and the first time it was only one guy in there and I got helped no problem, was just confused. Second time I was in there, it was two men working. The guy who did my nails had ME take off the SNS on my own!!! I was sitting there scrubbing my SNS off for 20 minutes while he was in the back room with the other guy talking and eating. When he was doing my nails, some of the conversations he was trying to have with me was uncomfortable. I never wanted to leave so bad. The payment method they are taking is Venmo, which isn't that big of a deal, but I think it's a bit weird considering they used to take all payments methods and be aware if you don't have Venmo! Came here for the first time yesterday. It was great service, I was sat down immediately. I was offered refreshments and they had a really nice polish selection. The only downside to my service was that I wasn't given the opportunity to get a deluxe pedicure which I would've asked for but they assumed that I wanted a regular pedicure which was not what I asked for. So the next time I go I'll just be more vocal about wanting the deluxe pedicure. Also I think that adding $20 for gel polish is a bit excessive. But the nail tech did a great job with my nails. You know when you get your nails done and they rub the nail file back and forth against your skin and you're like ouch that hurts...? Yeah she doesn't do that because she's that good.
