We had the sandwich combos. Both were very tasty. You can get your sandwiches toasted and your meat grilled if wanted. I loved the gluten free and vegan options available. There are also some vegan and gluten free baked goods for sale. They have a wonderful selection of fresh juices and smoothies which I can't wait to come back for.

Tourists!!!....we found this mom and pop run small cafe in the Chevron gas station lot near our regular go to hotel when we visit family. We've eaten here at least eight times. Get to go is good too. We found it while I was gassing up and saw many people walking in to order. The husband wife team cook up some great chow here. We've had the beef tacos, Breakfast sandwiches Breakfast burritos Ice cream Pastries Several types quesadillas 5 star!!! You and your family will enjoy.

My partner and I went out for brunch to this place and it did not disappoint. Beautiful on the inside; family friendly and whimsical. This cafe even supports local artists by selling art and allowing posters to be displayed. There's interactive wall art for children to play with and a lot of seating to get comfortable with. We ordered two bomb croissants (or monster croissants I don't remember) but they set my standards hight for sandwiches. We had the best fries of our life here, I didn't even get a picture before they were gone. And the people working there were so kind and patient when we took a while looking at the menu (its pretty long). I recommended my friend to go the same day. We will be coming back!

Stopped by after my daughter's soccer game and tried a mango and strawberry smoothie. Delicious! They gave my son a complimentary scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream while we waited, which made him super happy! We'll stop by again next time we're in Chico for a soccer game. Thank you!

Super cute & spacious place with lots of comfy couch seating as well as tables. Local art all over the walls. Super healthy and delicious food! They even have legit vegan and GF options! I mean just check out their menu-- there is so much to choose from! They also have 2 glass cases right when you walk in with ice cream, baked deserts, and egg bites. The chef is amazing & very helpful (she is in the back but also brings orders out) Our food was so bomb & looked beautiful too! All staff are friendly and helpful, and their service is pretty dang quick. My fiancé got the monster burrito and I got the veggie bagel with a side of perfectly fluffy & crisp potatoes. We also got a smoothie and fresh pressed juice. Our tummies are soooo happy!!

Found this little spot on Yelp! I like that they have a ton of options. Desserts are made in house. And I like the organic coffee and tea options! Prices are pretty steep in my opinion, but thankfully I feel like they did a good job of stuffing my burrito. It wasn't a lame burrito that left me regretting the $12 I spent lol. It was very filling! Could use some more flavor in my opinion and a house made salsa would be a nice touch also!! Excited to go back and try their protein smoothies and treats! If you enjoy paying exorbitant amounts of money for minuscule portions this is the place for you! This place used to be great.... But now I can't even remember the last time I went there where there wasn't something that I got bothered by. It feels a little weird for me to give such a low rating because it used to be wonderful......but...not so much anymore. This was the last time. Never again. Not only did they forget the to put the stuff in the wrap that I paid extra for but THIS is what half of a $16 wrap looks like! I'm sorry but what? Absolutely ridiculous! These wraps used to be huge. I've never considered them to be inexpensive but they were at least big wraps that you could get full on. It's like they've literally cut them down by 50%. Something that unfortunately far too many businesses are doing these days. Raising prices while simultaneously giving smaller portions. Absolute rip off. On right side not only did they refund me (as they should) but they also refunded me for the second wrap and let me keep it. Cool and all but certainly isn't a reason to go there ever again. And while I got refunded it's only because I said something whereas most people don't and just suck it up and get ripped off. When people do that it only gives the business more reason to keep doing it.

i don't know man. i thought about this place from time to time because it was that good. today i returned because my friend n i were heading up to portland doing a road trip. i was so excited but i guess also prepared myself that its not gonna be the same as 5 years ago esp from the more recent reviews. i gotta say it still tastes awesome but its shrunk so much. i couldn't remb what the price was in 2019, but in 2024, this little thing costed me around 16.50 plus the 15% tip. so almost $19. eeeeeh, i just can't say its worth it anymore. can you at least give 3 full slices of roast beef? :( also attached a pic of my friends pastrami sandwich. also very small

I'd have to say I really loved this place when it first opened because it was adorable and had fresh produce. That has been changing over the years. No more fresh produce and prices have gone up quiet a bit. Today for example I bought 2 smoothies,2 soups, 1 sandwich, and 1 quesadilla. It came out to 38 dollars!! Check for price changes and BEWARE THE PICS ON YELP ARE OUTDATED. Still love their food and smoothies but might not be able to go as often. read more

This place is nice and the wait is never very long for my food. I always get a pastrami sandwich. I Recommend it. I have to say that the quesadillas are a bit overly-cheesy. Just visiting the town and discovered this gem. You go in and select what you wanted from a salad, burger, sandwich or wrap. You fill out a paper with your order and pay at the counter. The sandwich was delicious and large. I could only eat half. Just a great place and when I am back, I will go again. read more

My daughter suggested this place for a light meal after moving her into her new apartment in an extreeeeeeemly hot day. It was a great bite to eat when it is 100+ degrees outside and didn't give me that post lunch sleepiness. Kind of a little hidden gem considering it is in a gas station but I'm glad my daughter knew about it. My boyfriend and I love this place. In Nashville, juice places are at every corner but we hadn't found one here yet. They have fresh juices and smoothies that are reasonably priced, I've tried 5 of them and they've all been delicious. I tend to stray toward piña colada and I add banana. The service is always on point, super friendly, helpful, and very fast. The last time I was there, they let me try samples of new things. You can pay $1 more to have a juice blend as your smoothie base. (I think I'm just ranting now). Okay, so I've only tried food here once. I ordered the ribeye taco. Originally I was disappointed there wasn't a lot in the taco but sometimes simplicity is better. The taco was phenomenal. Love everything about this place! read more

I had super high expectations for this place! They have good reviews so I was really excited but I was kinda disappointed. I got the vegan bowl for here and a smoothie. The bowl came in a small to go container, even though the woman asked me if I wanted it for here or to go...and I said for here...they did that for everyone I witnessed as I sat. Seems wasteful. The bowl was drowning in soy rizo and onions and it had literally one (1!!) piece of potato with some skimpy avocado. Flavor was great of course, it's soyrizo. On the other hand, the smoothie was the perfect consistency and was really tasty! I also really enjoyed all the art on the walls. I will probably be back, but not for a while, as I felt the meal was overpriced for what was received. read more

What a great little spot for breakfast sanwiches! After perusing Yelp for about an hour this morning, the reviews kept pointing to Fresh Twisted as the best soot in town. I wasn't let down! We ordered 1 Classy Burrito, 1 bacon, egg, cheddar ceoissant, and 1 bacon, egg, cheddar bagel (onion). These were delicious! We ordered at the counter and waited no more than 5 minutes until the food was brought out to us. We also ordered 1 Americano and 1 brewed black coffee. Upon getting home to enjoy our breakfast, we loved it! Bacon was crisp, cheddar cheese melty and the eggs light and fluffly. We've definitely found a new breakfast spot! read more

So friendly, the food is fantastic and nutritious. Seriously happy we have Fresh Twisted Cafe in Chico! I've been ordering it for breakfast, since I'm working a lot and really only have time to eat before and after work. I really enjoyed the salad which I had from here. It was fresh, large, flavorful and reasonably priced. I called in an order and it was ready when the person I spoke to, said it would be. I did not taste any preservatives on the food and did not have any problems with digesting the salad. I did not dine in, nor see the restrooms. read more

Hands down the very best food in Chico, in my opinion. Everything I've ever ordered from there has been healthy and delicious, the owner is nice, staff is very friendly, and the menu options are very versatile. Their juices are delicious and they offer very healthy options for those seeking to bolster their health\immune system. I said "that's not what I ordered, you repeated it back to me when I ordered it...". Her response "well that's what I charged you for". I was dumbfounded, instead of just making me what I wanted they both argued with me and then admitted to charging me more for a beverage that I never wanted! I decided to turn and walk away. I don't need to waste my time arguing with teenagers who clearly have zero customer service training.

So the croissant is mouth burning hot so I drank my lukewarm coffee while I waited to the croissant to cool down enough to eat. Croissant microwaved too hot and coffee too cold. I don't plan on going back if that is their service level.

I really want to support every single business in town as much as possible, but this fresh twisted café owner does not deserve a good word. I was parking in front of his business for four minutes waiting for a space to get fuel and he came out and accosted me screaming at me telling me to get the F out of his parking lot and that he was gonna have me towed, I am just trying to get fuel and waiting for a good spot to park. I would've moved out of the front of his area which was not blocked by the way closer to the road his business he picked up a chair as he were going to throw it at my truck, screaming at me. you should be ashamed of yourself, sir and I do understand not wanting your business blocked but for four minutes out of your day was it really worth the commotion? My favorite go to spot for lunch! I usually call my order in ahead of time and it is always ready when I get there and fresh and delicious!! The breakfast bagels are SUPERB!! My daughter orders their burger everytime and swears it's the best burger she's ever had! You can watch them grill it on their back patio while you wait and the meat is super fresh. The wraps and sandwiches are all made to order with a wide variety of topping options and TONS of sauces! Juice is all freshly made with so many options of fruits and vegis you could have different one every day of the week for a year without repeats! Carrot ginger is my absolute fav, but they are all amazing! The customer service is spot on and everyone is always so friendly and professional with lots of suggestions and solid knowledge of their menu and products. Service is impeccable and they have FREE samples galore. I come here every morning for my organic espresso white mocha its to die for! Smooth finish and doesn't leave that burning in your stomach like starbucks. Food wise everything is good here and it is almost impossible to choose when you come to eat. I love the burgers myself with cheddar cheese and all the toppings. Wraps are good to and extremely huge like burrito size. My favorite smoothie is the pina colada and the favorite juice is ultra garden with lemon and ginger. I like the gallons because it is extremely affordable and i can drink throughout day.They serve breakfast all day and I love the soy chorizo bowl you can't even taste the difference, if your skeptical about the soy chorizo they will let you try it! I come here at least once a week but generally its 2-3 times and they keep on getting better.For breakfast I always get the grilled ham and cheddar cheese croissant and for lunch, I either get the 100% organic beef burger on reg bun with grilled onions and the works. I get the grilled chicken wrap on spinach tortilla with sprouts , pepperoni, bacon, mustard, mayo, onion and cucumber it's ridiculously good and addicting. I also like the grilled chicken sandwiches on toasted multi-grain or Daves organic basically food wise you cannot go wrong with anything you choose. My favorite juice is the sunset with ginger or I sometimes make my own with green apple, oranges, ginger ,lemon, mint and carrot. Free samples daily and my favorite soups are chicken noodle,fiesta tortilla chicken and cheddar and broccoli. read more

I have been a fan ever since you have opened. I have a lot of family who comes in from out of town and this is my go to spot to take them for breakfast, lunch or smoothies. Just avoid during peak hours as, even if you get there before lunch rush, there is a high possibility of waiting 45 minutes for your food as well as watching the 5 people who ordered after you, be served before you. Maybe time to expand to a bigger location and hire more cooking staff to keep up with the many loyal customers such as myself? Delish!! Very fresh and tasty! A tiny bit pricey, but you are paying for very fresh and mostly (as far as I know) organic. I love that you can also purchase things like hard boiled eggs and fresh cut-up fruit, which rocks when I'm in a rush. They also have products from local places, like soaps, essential oils and the like. We especially like to call ahead for their breakfast burritos when we're hitting the road :) I love having a place like this in North Chico. read more

We love, not only how larger their juices are, but the prices!! Considering that it is ALL fresh fruits and vegetables, it is one amazing deal!! Fresh Twisted has great food, juices and smoothies. It's one of the only places in town that serves breakfast sandwiches and burritos all day and allows you to customize your order. They put in a lot of thought about being kid friendly with a board on the front area where you order to occupy your small child and a kids seating area with toys and cartoons. I got a green smoothie here a couple of days ago. The owner is really nice and is very conscious about where the ingredients come from. There is a rewards program that I try to take advantage of. There is a large sitting area which is really nice if you have kids that you are bringing as well. Their flavored water is a nice treat too when it is really hot outside. read more

This is a very relaxing place to go. So if in a rush do not bother. The food is fresh and made correctly so not super fast. But it is super yummy and I do not even feel bad about the calories as I am eating such quality food. If you want a perfect omelette made your way.
