Great food and i love that they alwyas fill the plates up till the lid is hard to close

Absolutely terrible. With it always being busy i thought i just had to try this spot. I was so very very disappointed. I got three entree plate and my gf got a one entree plate with two thai teas We would give it 2 stars only because theyre chow mein,rice&terriyaki chicken was delicious. Besides that everything else was terrible. The sweet&sour pork &sweet&sour chicken was practically all bread, and it was so crunchy it was just terrible. &it was a fresh batch too i saw the cook bring out a fresh pan so its not like it was sitting out for too long Also, an employee was on break in the dining area and when she went back to packing food up she washed her hands for practically 2 seconds. I wouldnt mind too much but she was scooping&packing food with no gloves on. Im glad I was only waiting for more cream cheese ragoons so she didnt pack our boxes. Just terrible. If your looking fir terriyaki chicken&chow mein this is the spot for you. Besides that, avoid it. read more

Now the reason I'm giving a one star, would be the ridiculous charging service they have and unprofessional customer service. I usually use my debit card as a charge without a pin. This is a habit I use everywhere. I never use it with a pin for security reasons and I'm more than willing to show my id card to show proof its my card. This evening I ordered around $60 worth of food. I go to the register to pay with my card and I'm being told I need to put in my pin. I refused to do do and asked her to run it as a credit card. The cashier refused to do this and insisted on me putting in my pin. I continued to refuse to do it. She was so rude and ended up walking away. I've been going to this restaurant for a few years up until now. Up until the day of this incident, I would have given the flavor and quality of the food and customer service 3 stars. I would give 4 stars for the amount of food given. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Victorville's Diamond Panda for the same kind of food, but better customer service. read more

I visited a few days ago for Take Out. The service was very good. Prices were somewhat high like many restaurants. Food containers were high quality. Food is delicious. Genuinely the only Chinese food I like and will not pick at. And haven't had to wait to long each time I've gone.

Prices are a little high and they also charge extra for sauce, the egg rolls where burnt. Probably the oil when they cooked them was old.

I read the reviews and still gave them a chance in hopes it was going to be good. Just moved up here and wanted to find a good Chinese spot like our fave from before but boy was this not it. Chicken was not chicken and if it was it consisted of nothing but breading. Chicken teriyaki was okay but was super dry and the sauce was very watery. Not only that but they charged for extra sauce when we ordered multiple teriyaki's and were only given 2. Chicken egg rolls weren't bad but looked burnt. Probably could have eased on the cooking a bit. Overall probably won't return, paid a lot just to be disappointed. read more

So after a year of last trying this place I thought hey maybe it got better. I was craving Chinese and this happened to be 2 minutes away from where I was at so I went and asked for the combo special which is a teriyaki bowl with fried or white rice and veggies, 1 egg roll & 1 drink. Let me just tell you I threw the food away because it was bland like no authentic Chinese food taste or even any taste at all. The egg roll was burnt and everything tasted old. A lot of people came in and it seems like it's fairly busy but why? The food is disgusting and the prices are expensive I paid $12 for the "combo special" so if that's the special how much is 1 full plate lol don't know and will never know cause I'm never coming back not even 5 years later lol. For those who care they charge for using your card unless your purchase is $15 and up and charge for teriyaki sauce .35 extra. Ok. Don't know what to say but awful awful food. The noodles were stuck together mushy. The BBQ chicken was so tuff you couldn't eat it. The smell of the egg drop soup had a horrible smell and taste to it. The sweet and sour pork was so overcooked. Wow. Here is a picture of the plate we are tossing out. Ordered shrimp fried rice and it was disgusting not fresh at all. Ordered a boba drink and the boba was so hard and the drink way too sweet. The chow mein was decent but other than that I was totally disappointed. They gave me a canadian dime in my change and I really don't appreciate that. They should have more respect for unsuspecting customers. I've been there 3 times lately within the past 2 weeks and the women cashiers show kindness and courtesy to the women but really lacking when it comes to manners in treating the male customers. Food? This is a good place to get fast food Chinese l. There's a good selection and the place is clean and bright. The young staff is friendly even though one of the girls had no clue what " brown rice" was when I asked her. They only have white rice.
