Since when do Chinese food places charge for teriyaki sauce when you order teriyaki chicken? I ordered a large teriyaki chicken and received NO SAUCE! Thought I would try this place one more time and I shouldn't have. Half of the orange chicken pieces were empty and the other half was dry. They didn't send my egg rolls or my wontons. I have been trying to call for two hours and it goes to voicemail. Don't waste your money on this place and just go to Panda Express. I've never written a review but this place is disgusting I found a live fly in my fried rice after I'd eaten several bites! I went up to the manager & told him he said it prob flew in when I was sitting I said how do You know this is disgusting how do u know it wasn't in the rice! He would not refund my $ just offered my a new plate like I wanted to eat it again I wanted to puke can't believe him it was awful! Been coming here for years and they must have changed chefs or started using cheaper food products cause the food was dry and mushy. Veggie egg rolls are no longer 2 for a$1. Waited forever for them to make the mixed veggies and they acted annoyed when i asked. So surprise when I got home one of the 2 entrees were wrong and all cabbage. So I live far as heck from them. So I give them a call letting them know they had messed up my order. So they told me so you want to drive back or what I said no I'm good I just won't be back. Soo good!! I'm not the biggest fan of Asian foods but Chinese is an exception. Orange chicken was great, kung pao chicken was very good and not too spicy, chow mein was great, not dry but a little over cooked... only complaint is the rice was bland could use more salt, the texture was perfect though. Definitely gonna be a regular here, it's a walking distance from work. read more

Terrible! Went there yesterday and the girls up front are rude and immature! Orange chicken was hard and gross, I will never go back again! They need training in customer service skills. I would give 0 stars if possible! To top it off I ordered 4 lunch combos and said I could only recieve 1 sweet and sour sauce. Probably best fast chinese food plave you can find. Better than Panda and better value. Under 8 bucks without drink you can get loads of food. Long as you stay within mainstream menu. They can also cook on the spot if you desire for certain dishes. I am from OC but when I am in high desert, this is better than most. You cant ask too much in high desert. read more

The food was beyond awful, the customer service was terrible and they are very disorganized on how they make you pay for your meal. Not being from the area, we were hungry, we saw this place and decided to give it a shot. It had "Fresh" in the name, questionable characters in the door, and there seemed to be a few patrons not vomiting (surprisingly) -- what could go wrong?. After we took a few bites, we just threw the food away because it was so awful. I had the orange (is this really) chicken and some other thing with greasy vegetables. If you want to try really terrible food that will make you never want to taste again, this is the place for you. This place makes panda express look like a 5-star fine dining restaurant. read more

I love their food and portions are excellent. I hate to give a one star now, but the service is horrible now. There were three girls working and there was a line. The girl taking the order took our order and told us there would be a wait for beef with broccoli and orange chicken. The problem was that the girl that was taking the order kept taking everyone else's order in the line which of course is going to confuse the other two workers on who's item is who's which made it a disaster and made me cringe. They were very slow as well and ended up giving and charging the guy behind us our order!We finally just walked out and I will only go from now on the days that Helen works because she's amazing! Other than that, I think they need to train staff better or hire better staff because this will be a problem. Never have had this problem when I've gone there. read more

The food was good but I asked to add shrimp to my chow mein & they wouldn't do it? I can add shrimp to ANY entree but I can't add it to a side? That doesn't make sense to me. As far as I'm concerned, if I'M PAYING for the shrimp, I should be able to add it to anything I want? But whatever.... I was discriminated when coming to this location. I gave the cashier a $100.00 bill and we get into a altercation whether if the money was authentic. I felt that if she felt the money isn't real use a money marker or one of those machines to see if it's real. I have visit this location on numerous occasions. The food is great, but the customer service is poor. I felt because I am mixed with African American she decided that my currency needed question.
