I'm a groomsman for a mid Nov wedding & a lot of us are all over the east coast, so going through a company online was the best choice. I measured myself, and then used the "fit calculator" on the site and was confident with the size I was ordering. As a 6'2" 280lb guy, dress clothes shopping can be a daunting task & not fitting, is a common occurence. Unfort it was too small and I needed to order up a size. I am very broad in the shoulders and a modern fit is tight in the shoulders so I struggled a little with this. I reached out and Cari (and her team) had a return label in my email & the next size shipped that day. I quickly received the next jacket. I had some concerns & wanted to try the next size, and spoke with Cari on the phone this time and made a plan. Again, the turnover speed was fantastic. Everything we spoke about, I experienced, and knew what needed to be done because Cari knows what she is doing. Now I am ready for the wedding with 2 weeks to spare, & a jacket that is going to look fantastic. Cari was such an asset through out my experience and she really made it positive and easy. They did it again! Looking for a Tux for Commodore's Ball at our Yacht Club on Saturday. So I walked in on Tuesday afternoon. And it's Cody to the rescue! Set me up with a new , purchased Double Breasted Tux, (pretty nautical , huh?) . Had several in stock and came up with the right size and the right fit at less than twice the price of a rental. Walked in, had a fitting and done! Ready for pickup tomorrow with no extra expediting fees or other money added for the short notice like some other shops try to gouge you for. Even got a 10% discount for writing this review which I would have done anyway. I always go here since my wedding twenty years ago. I looked into a couple options, but this one ended up looking like the best one! I organized all of my Groomsmen's outfits online, which was surprisingly super easy attached all their emails and was done with that. I went into the Anaheim location and was able to talk to Brandy.
