I want to start off by saying the quality of the suit is great. Everything else from then on was absolutely horrible. The fact they push ordering and shipping as a awesome and flexible experience, it is surprising they messed up sending an order to an address four states away twice (after already verifying the correct address three times). I wish that was the only horrible thing, by the time I got the suit and tried it on, (a month and a half before my wedding). It fit like my grandfathers hand me downs (again the material was great and I have wide shoulders). So as promised on a call with the owner, I was suppose to be able to get my suit tailored through them no extra charge (this was my wife's and I's non negotiables and why we went through them in the first place). But then being told the arm lengths are the only adjustable thing for the suit, was a slap in the face after we paid for our order for all of my groomsman. (They sent "email" verification of this, but this is not what the owner told us upon picking our styles). Finally dealing with their customer service was probably the worst online experience I have ever had to deal with (the dmv is more pleasurable). From being snarky about us putting in the wrong address for deliver (which we (the company and myself) have receipts, we both can see what address I put in), from being absolutely rude and then lying to us about how you can do things because you are the owner and then not following through. This place was the absolute worst to deal with and I recommend if you are not living by their actual locations and want to rent suits, to NOT USE THEIR services. Go to Mens warehouse, where even though they are a larger location still treat you like a person and don't try to make everything seem like its your fault and force you to buy their suits, since then "when you buy, you can fully customize your suit" (yea no s##t). Believe that the suits will not fit and be extremely loose. This company either needs to hire people for customer service and shipping and deliver or just not do it, and focus on selling your suits out right like you clearly want to do. read more

The instructions were clear about how to take measurements but both me and my son the groom had to send things back. The pants were fine and length was fine top and bottom but coat way too tight. Asked to go two sizes up. I was amazed at how quick the response was getting the replacement and it was fine. It was nice having matching outfits read more

Flawless experience, stylish design and perfect fit! We had the exact service we expected. The measuring guide was easy to follow especially with the videos, we received communication on when/what to expect, the suit was delivered two weeks prior to prom and it fit my son perfectly! He is a smaller size (28/30) and it was very difficult to find a stylish suit that wasn't black to fit his personality, but S&T came through for us! I used this service for my Cuzins wedding. I had no choice since he picked them, but from someone who used the service. Don't. Unless you can goto a location and try it on and be fitted properly in person, don't waste your time. The tux that the bride and groom chose was a slim fit style, me not being slim fit did not fit in 2 of the 3 jackets they sent. The last one fit just well enough to get away with since by the time it arrived the wedding was a day away. The people I spoke with on the phone were nice, and the return process was easy. But given the time frame for delivery and the multiple attempts to get the right size (after sending them Measurements from my Taylor back home and then what size jacket and shirt I normally ware) was just overwhelmingly stressful. And I wasn't even the one getting married. For the price I paid to rent the suit, I expected better/ more accurate service. (Side note 4/5 groomsmen had fit issues) read more

Look at my Yelp profile, I never leave bad reviews, like ever, so this place has to be pretty awful for me to write this. This has been an absolute disaster! 1. Lets start the measurements and quality. The measurements were awful, the entire wedding party has an issue with this, really tight ankles, shoulders on the suits that were waaaay too broad, the quality was noticeably poor in the wedding pictures 2. Shipping: I was supposed to receive a bag to ship the suit back with, fine, that is normal. However I did not receive one, by the time I was able to get something figured out I owed an additional $180 in late fees, I have emailed them continually and there has been almost no help. So now I will have to pay almost $430 for renting a poorly tailored polyester suit from a company that has been extremely uncommunicative. I don't even leave bad reviews but at this point just honestly want to protect people from going through the same situation myself and the wedding party had to go through. read more

service was excellent, the pants that came in were not right size , they got replacements out fast and were very helpful on phone. The problem was the color of suit not true to photos on websight, we thought it was not the correct suit at first, but everyone ordered same thing and being that everyone was spread out across U.S. there was no time to reorder a different color and get on time. so that part was disappointing. read more

I'm five days out from my wedding, and I haven't been able to speak on the phone with a human being in the three days that I've called them. My husband was a groomsmen in a wedding where they used Stitch & Tie and I helped him do his measurements and place the order because that's how we roll. We are pretty busy people and having such a easy and convenient way like this was perfect! It was surprisingly smooth, they have videos on how to take the size info from home and then they determine the sizes for you (I know because I called and actually got a live person who explained things to me). Other than that call everything was done online and over email and was really stress free. The price was reasonable compared to a different online company we had to use for the last wedding and the fit was spot on, it fit like suits he owns which was a relief. I am frustrated with the way this business has handled my rental. Tux initially came delivered on July 11, I tried it on and the shirt was incorrect. I was told by customer service that it would be shipped on the 17th to me , but I couldn't receive it at my home so I had it forwarded to the hotel in Montana where I would be staying. When I arrived stitch $ tie emailed me that it was shipped to the hotel on the 14th. I spoke with the hotel and was assured that it was not delivered. I requested another shipment and was told it would arrive before the wedding on Saturday July 22. I received another email saying it would be shipped on the 24th. Two days after the event! I had to go two hours out of my way on the day of the wedding and purchase a shirt. After numerous attempts to contact them (always in a meeting) they refused to reimburse me for my purchase and have tried to bill me for a late return, which never happened. I would NEVER EVER do business with this company! read more

Suit did not arrive in time for my wedding - worst case scenario, realized. I paid for my rental over 12 months in advance, so it was alarming when I received a call 2 weeks before the wedding confirming that I no longer wanted my rental (I very much planned on using the rental). I was then assured the suit would ship that day and it would arrive in 3 business days. 4 business days pass with no delivery, so I call again to be told that the order never shipped because I had not paid (again, I paid over a year ago). They apologized and said they would overnight the suit, arriving 4 days before my wedding. It did arrive the next day and jacket was too small, so I ask for a new one. They inform me they will send via 2-day shipping. I specifically request an overnight shipment to be sure it arrived in time, noting that we would be headed to our venue first thing Friday morning. I was assured that 2-day shipping meant the suit would arrive Thursday (and God willing that it would fit). Instead, the suit was delayed and wasn't delivered until Friday after we had already left. Another attempt at an overnight shipment to our hotel was promised, only for the staff to later find out that they could not ship overnight to our hotel. Now, their phone lines are down and I'm having trouble reaching them for a refund! A series of mind-numbing mistakes by this company. I urge you to avoid them at all costs. They could add immense, completely unnecessary stress to your wedding. read more
