I've been to a friar tux shop before and of course I wasn't too impressed however this location really goes above and beyond with their service!!! My Fiancé and I received a coupon from a bridal expo that I went to in January, I was more familiar with the name, so we decided why not save 40$.....we ordered a new color that was exclusively sold at friar tux( honestly they have a lot more colors than any other store around) my finance only needed to try on one suit because they measured him and were so spot on with the sizing(Karla helped us)!!! So we ordered the tux, save 40 bucks and were told to give it about one to two weeks...to our surprise the suit came within 2 days of being ordered!!! Now that's what I call service!!! From start to finish we had trouble whether it be attitudes, incorrect charges, suit not fitting correctly, not to mention the high prices for basic suits. Why 5-stars, because we came in late, were not rushed, given options that were not offered the first time we visited another Friar Tux shop. Sara was our chaperone during this latter stage in our tux rental process. When we first registered for rentals we were not informed about an option known as "groom's fittings." A groom fitting allows the groom to choose three different tux styles, different ties and vests. Having these options add to making the final selection more comfortable. Since I like to have options when considering I will be on these clothes most of a day that will also be the most photographed day of my life, I'm disappointed I was not informed earlier about this test fitting option. It does require a few extra days to get the clothes in from the warehouse to the store. It is a wonderful option for a groom to better match his attire with his bride. If the bride gets to look at hundreds and try on tens of dresses, having three outfits for the guy to try on is reasonable. It wasn't an option I was aware of prior to meeting Sara. We originally walked in to the store this time with one of the bridesmaids dresses. We wanted to better coordinate the colors. Sara pulled out the swatch book we were already familiar with as well as any matching pocket squares, vests and ties that she had in the store. We changed the groom's colors to a color that accentuates the ladies dresses. Kudos to Sara and her effort. We were there a little past closing and not once did we feel rushed.
