They were the only shop with the burgundy tux that I wanted. It turned out great! The wait time varies. They usually have a ton of people or no one at all. You got to count on luck and not a busy season. I had to go to the shop for the fitting, then they got the delivery in about 4 days my wedding. I was kind of scared that I am trying out a suit I haven't got to see on myself a few days before my big day. I don't know if this is normal or not. Luckily the suit came in a week early. When the suit arrived, they actually got the wrong shirt for me. They had a backup which I tried out, but the fit on that shirt was too large. They told me about the $5 upgraded shirt which I opted for. They were kind enough to waive that $5 fee. They ordered 2, one fitted and one regular just in case. I did not want to make another trip here as it was my 3rd. I forgot to bring my dress shoes for the return, but they allowed me an extra day to get those in. My partner rented his and all his groomsmen's tuxedos from Friar Tux. The service that we received at this location was fabulous. Their online appointment scheduling system was seamless and helped make sure that we were helped promptly. We were helped by Miranda and Joson both of whom were patient and helpful. They offered suggestions when we asked for their input. They allowed us to try on garments multiple times and take pictures so that we can decide between different styles and garments. We had a few groomsmen who live out of state where there are no Friar Tux locations. Thankfully, we had a good experience having them get measured by a tailor and then having Friar Tux ship the tuxes out to them separately. We received our rentals earlier than anticipated which gave us ample time to try them out and make a few changes (we later decided on a shorter jacket size and a tighter pant.) The workers were super accommodating and helped us place the order to arrive the very next day. The drop-off process was super quick and easy. One thing to note is that your experience renting from Friar Tux seems to be highly dependent on the store location. We had a fabulous experience but the father of the groom went to a different store to get measured and had a subpar experience with the staff there. read more

Friar has been the top local rental shop since forever! I rented my prom vest here and year later I rented my wedding vest here. The inside looks the same as I remember it. The shop is pretty small but they have a good variety of samples in the store to choose from. They will have your rental ready the day of. You can rent anything or everything related to formal wear here. Service is friendly and I never had a problem renting here. read more

He is really amazing! I told him my situation and he was able to give me insights of what suit would fit in wedding. He also gave me some tips for wearing a suit. He gave me his honest opinions after trying out the suit. I also asked him tips for tailoring the pants. Joson is very professional and helpful. I was told to have a fitting before I pick ip a tuxedo 2-3 days before my event I was attending. I was told at that time that since my neck size is for an XL shirt, either I fit in a size Large shirt with the neck opened up with the bowtie truing to cover up the button that could not be closed or wear an XL shirt to fit my neck but very loose on the body. It was inly then that they i formed me that for me to have a good fit, I should be buying my shirt. An option that was never told until the last minute. They blamed the person that measured me to be at fault. I blame the company for not training their personnel as they try to blame one another for their errors. I go see them for a fitting and expect all the staff to know how to measure you for a perfect fit. No discounts or compensations were made to their mistakes, there no adequate time given to me to purchase a shirt for the event as they explain to me on the day of puck up. Again they blamed the other employee for this. Stop blaming one another and teach them the right way and right approach instead. read more

This is my second time here, the first one being with my best man for fitting. Today is for my brother's fitting. The staff is friendly and helpful. We didn't have an appointment and walked right in and we were helped a few minuted after. Their prices are pretty good for rentals but they don't have a huge variety of selections but there was enough for the occasion that we needed it for.
