This has been our go to place for the past 6 or more years . Always good service ! They are pricier than most places but convenient location and service has made it worth it for us . My only complaint is recent . In busy formal season , Moms check your orders . I had to go out of town on pick up day and sent my son & husband to. The shoes were wrong and the arm sleeves were just a little too short . I realized this on formal day so too late to do anything . I've been waiting to get married for along time also we had like 4 weddings we were in all in a year and all used men's ware house ! Might I add has the worst shit service ever ! Any who I saw a Facebook ad for this place and decided to sign up for the sale they were having even though my wedding was a year away ! Here we are 3 months till the day and we already made it in to the store ! We walk in formal time I'm guessing , so busy but they say hi tell us to sign in , so far so good all workers look busy and happy which is always a good thing! Well our girl LAURA came over got us set up she worked so hard for us I wanted to tip her more than 20 percent ! We were in and out like it was nothing also I had my two year old and 11 month old with me! What I loved about this place was that she tried to find us the best ways to save ! She also broke down the bill so we were not confused ! I'm glad I chose this place to do my wedding it was fun and fast! I promised MENSWEAR HOUSE I WOULD NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THEM! The staff was kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and prompt! The prices are very reasonable and there are tons of options. I was very relieved to know that since my wedding was out of town on a Saturday, Friar Tux allowed me to return the tuxedos the following Monday. What a great experience I have had with friar tux so far!!! Great selection of tan and beige suits, wonderful selection of color options, great prices, and the sweetest customer service. All the girls that have helped us have been so professional and willing to help us with anything they can. My fiancé is a bit picky when it comes to his clothing. So this is so wonderful for us! When he went for his fitting he even tried a couple of the pieces twice, and the gal was not put off by this at all. She encouraged it in fact! Awesome! We even informed one of our groomsmen about the great service, selection, and prices because we knew he also had another event scheduled for the summer for which he was going to need a tux. I recently went into this shop looking to purchase a suit for my company Christmas party, and was happy with the product and price. The store manager Jeanette helped me and was clear that they were not professional tailors and that they only did a temporarily hem to the pants. It worked out perfect for me, the coat fit great off the rack. I received a lot of compliments from my co workers. I will definitely be going back and I recommend this shop. I think that each time i've been in Friar Tux, it's taken much longer than needed, which is a bother. It shouldn't take over an hour to get service and measured. The price has gone up drastically within the last 6 months, $50! If my hunny has to go there, we will, but i don't know if i would get rentals here again. The service is about a 3.5 out 5. read more

This shop is the Best in town I rented a full suit for my mother's Funeral. When I Entered the shop I was greeted with a warm welcome that is a huge plus the lady that helped me out asked what I am looking for and what is the event I advised her what it is for and told her the Exact suit I wanted she was kind and caring I chose a nice all white suit she met all my needs through out this whole process. A few days later I brought my two younger brothers in the shop to get them suits once again we where greeted with a warm welcome and they helped up out Immediately also they rememberd who is was most Businesses Do not remember who you they made the whole process very easy for us in the hard time that we where going through their Prices are very Reasonable and their staff is Amazing you can rent and buy suits from the shop I highly suggest going them before you go anywhere else They will handle any event you need a suit for I will be returning to this shop if I ever need a Stunning suit!!! The staff's.... "AMAZING!!!"... They're warm, and SOOO welcoming, right at the very moment you enter their shop. I just came in my T's & wormed out jeans, and yet.... they treated me like a VIP. They're very courteous, accommodating, and most of all, with sincere smiles. They're very apologetic to me, for waiting. When, actually, I just waited for about 15 minutes, as there were about 3-4 customers before me.!!!! Friar tux shop best in town! All the staff helped throughout the few months our wedding party was coming in and getting fitted, Dillon especially helped out a lot every time we came in. All were very friendly and was to work with! They made sure we everything leading up to the wedding and calling us to follow up weeks prior which was very appreciated. Even the day of the wedding when one of the groomsmen couldn't fund his pocket square I called the shop and said we need a pocket square someone will swing by and purchase a new one. They had it ready to go super fast! Will definitely come back if I need any suits in the future. read more

Great service . Only reason I'm giving it 3 stars not 4 is because the measurement was off by one size . My husband couldn't fit the vest nor the jacket. Even though they fixed it right away we still had to waste time to go down to pick up a size up. It's an inconvenience to drive 20 minutes when the size should be close or exact . Either way service was great enough for us to come back. We just will ask for a bigger size up front . read more

I went to this place because it I heard it was a lovely establishment with great service and I had the complete opposite. Obviously the idea of planning my look for my wedding should've been a great and easy experience but unfortunately it became a small nightmare with awful costumer service. I nearly wanted to give one star. This tux shop did not supply my groomsmen well. One was missing suspenders, all were missing cuff links, they did not supply socks and didn't tell us so. One even had ripped pants which they were able to fix in time. If you do rent stuff here you will have to tell your groomsmen exactly what they should have and have them check their suit bag. That's just one more thing the bridal couple has to do just days before their big day when their minds are already scattered. Their prices weren't as economical as I would have liked. read more

Worst experience ever! If you want a suit that fits and people with actual knowledge on the subject don't go here. First of all my boyfriend bought, not rented but bought a suit; the pant legs were about 5 inches past his ankles they weren't hemmed and the sleeves were way too long. This awful fitting suit was ordered three months in advance and didn't even get to the store until a week before our friend's wedding, and he was the best man! So we therefore had to find a tailor with about 2 days to fix all of the mistakes that shouldn't have been made in the first place and paid $140+ for alterations elsewhere and their compensation was $30 for alterations and a free suit rental.. Really?! If you think we're ever doing business with you again you're smoking something. Please boycott this establishment unless you want a ridiculous amount of stress and huge hole in your pocket. read more
