Unfortunately, no one in the store greeted me, offered assistance, or even acknowledged me while I was shopping. I felt completely overlooked. The female employees appeared uninterested, moved very slowly, and came across as unfriendly. It honestly felt like I was being judged based on my appearance rather than treated like a customer. To make matters worse, after purchasing a suit jacket, it was simply folded up and placed in a bag rather than being put on a hanger and in a garment bag. For a store that specializes in men's formalwear, I expected better care for the merchandise I was purchasing. A customer's appearance shouldn't determine the level of service they receive. Some of your best customers may walk in dressed casually after work, the gym, or yard work. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I purchased what I came for, but the lack of customer service and attention to detail makes me think twice about returning.

He didn't just hand me a suit off the rack and said here we have these options in these sizes, he actually pieced together a suit for me and made it work so well for my wedding. Worst tuxedo rental experience ever…read more First of all the woman in charge looks like she should be working at "Hot Topic", not a formal wear business. On my first visit I got measured and left deposit also agreed on a return date for the tuxedo (Monday after the Saturday event). During my second visit (pick up) the problems started. First of all I had to wait for a long time to be helped (she's the only employee) and on top of that she was rude. And to top things off she had changed the return date to Sunday the next day after my event (which was out of town). She claimed that they were closed on Monday, so I told her I would return it on Tuesday, she rudely shot me down. And finally to add insult to injury she kept my $10 deposit on a bogus claim. I am "Mr. Neat" and the tuxedo was returned in good condition (maybe she wanted me to dry clean it first before I returned it). So, if you don't want to have a bad time try another place instead, like AJ's Tuxedo right down the street from them.

I walked in and was promptly greeted by Mr. Tuxedo himself, who introduced me with a friendly smile and a handshake and told me to call him Carl. I told Carl what I was there for and he stepped back, sized me up, and immediately brought out a fine silver vest to go with a nice pair of slacks and a tuxedo jacket. Everything fit almost perfectly with just minor alterations- it's clear this man's 40 years of experience have paid off well. We needed costumes for our Knights of the Kingdom theme Harvest Fest at our church...I had to come…read moreback for my son's costume and was treated with grace and courtesy both times...there is a great selection of "to buy" costumes but since we don't dress up much we went the rental route and the fabric is quality. The costumes beautiful and authentic looking...the owner runs the place and was completely helpful from beginning to end...she sized my husband and son for their costumes from me just FaceTiming them and them standing back from the camera and standing straight...she is great and knows her stuff! Didn't believe we'd have as good of a costume for the event. I chose lederhosen and my wife got a beer maiden dress. My wife won the best dressed for the female costume which I'll attest to hair dressing abilities along with all of the extras she put into the outfit. I have to give a huge shoutout to the owner, who did us a huge favor, following a mishap we had where she allowed us to rent the costumes for a little extra time due to a last minute cancellation. Thank you again and we'll definitely be renting costumes from here again.
