I needed a tux for my school fashion show and they told me to go to Frair Tux. I went there for a walk in fitting around 12:30pm on a Saturday. There was no wait. I filled out a quick form for my sizes. The fitting was quick and the payment even faster. Scheduling was really quick and they give till the day after the event to return it. The fitters are very professional and take your word forthe size. They dont question your said size. They are also very quick on the measuring. Dispite the choosen style by my school, i was able to customize the bottom style of my pant (no break, full break, etc.) And the coat sleeve (no cuff, cuff, etc.). Overall, the fitting was worry free. The only problem I had was that the Employee couldn't find my group becuase I didn't have a group number and didn't know how to look it up. But other than that it was a good experience, I would rate it a solid four, not a five becuase like many I have very high standards. I would definitely go back again read more

I feel like they have wider selection of suits for different body sizes. I am on the wider side, and i was able to find a suit that was fitted. (Typically, i would have to settle for either super baggy or super tight) Also, the service is great at this location. I waited over 35 minutes to be told I would need to wait another 25 minutes for a fitting. More customers entered the store AFTER and they were updated regularly... not me. I was told to check in with the QR code and go about my day. I asked the employee what was the point of me checking in earlier... I was not at all accommodated. For the record the store was NOT busy - I was there at 11AM sharp when they opened with 2 other people ahead of me. They could have told me from the get go that they are understaffed (or whatever the excuse may have been) instead I had to hear it from a conversation the representative told incoming customers. I left after the blatant disregard and acknowledgment of how long I was waiting in their store - terrible customer service. read more

Accommodating because I'm handicapped (last decade or so) and they're always helpful. Went on a 12 day Alaskan cruise and required 2 formal nights attire. Faith was the person that took care of my order, as well as my father-in-law's. I screwed up the original dates required... Faith was able to take care of it without hesitation or attitude. I walked into the boutique last Thursday because I needed a last minute tux for the Emmys, and I was greeted and helped by Andrew who was not only a fantastic stylist but also was able to size me up almost completely just by eyeballing me.
