Their prices are not cheap because they focus on a premium pricing model, but some of their designs are unique and attractive.

They are on the first floor close to Sephora across from Victoria's Secret. Their store is the standard Tommy Bahama very island vibes, clean and organized. I like that their staff typically leaves you alone and are not on top of you. They will offer help if they notice that you're struggling or if you request help. They have plenty of fitting room rooms that are spacious in the back. They also have a section of things that are marked down close to the fitting rooms. One thing I've noticed at this location is that they tend to carry the smallest size for women. Me being a XXXS I am able to find my size. Their clothes are in the more expensive side, but they are good quality and the materials feel soft.

It bothered me and I asked my wife how she felt after and said the exact same thing. Disappointing to say the least from such a great, reputable brand.

When you step into a store there's two things you expect off the bat, #2 if the item you're looking for is in stock and #1 at least for me customer service. You're shopping experience becomes a totally different experience if you experience excellent customer service as oppose to crappy customer serivice and I've experienced both. The store was very clean, organized, and super easy to shop in. The customer service here was amazing! Gracelyn, the sales associate, was extremely friendly and very helpful.
