I wanted to update my review. After my post they reached out me for feedback which I appreciate. They offered me a partial refund which is great. They also let me know they have female suits for sale that are more tailored than the tux rentals. They apologized as well. As mentioned prior the staff is excellent. Found Friar Tux on ChatCPT after my son had a negative experience at a competitor. I have to say that I was so glad we went here. Faith made all the difference in creating an amazing experience for my son. She was not only very professional and kind. She also had great style and opinions on what would work best for my son's wedding. As other guests came into the store, she was very aware to greet them while not taking her focus off of us. By the time we were done with the consultation and fitting, I am convinced I would have paid much more because it is not everyday you get someone as special as Faith. I even asked her if she was the owner because she definitely ran the place with the care and passion of an owner. By the time we were done, we had one of the most beautiful tuxedos in town.
