Horrible place ! I called and asked if they had ties for 3t and they said yes . The ties they gave me were for older kids 6-7years old . Obviously they were sooo big on my boys ! When I went back to return them I told them they shouldn't be saying it's for toddlers they are too big and all she says was ... Oh it's for children ... worst costumer service ! Went to here to buy a tux, and the general overview from the get go was positive, very professional general manager. Where things get bad, is when I return to make a coat selection I had to be remeasured when the GM had already taken all the measurements (and did not record them) and the rest of the staff had no clue what I was talking about. Once the tux was picked up and worn for the venue, it got even worse. The coat and the pants were not even tailored ( as promised), they were just pinned as you would see on a rental, and since I specifically asked will it be tailored (in the traditional sense) I was assured that it would. That was not the case. Then the pants came 3 sizes too big and the shirt was not even pressed. This place deals in disposable wear, no quality, no attention to detail, they over promise and under deliver. The whole thing went straight to the trash! What a waste of a business. Day after the fitting on wedding day. Girl that fitted me forgot to pack my shoes tie and handkerchief and I'm The Groom!!!! They also forgot to mention ack my groomsman and ring bearer's cuff links and handkerchief also. Very tradgic had to take pictures with blue canvas shoes while waiting for my father to pick up the missing items. I've never been to a Friar tux before but I've heard good things so I made an appointment for my fiance to check it out with his dad and one of his groomsmen. I still haven't been but I'm writing a review based on my fiance's experience. I called earlier that day to see if we could come in an hour earlier than our scheduled appointment and they said that should be fine. That was nice that they were so accommodating. However, apparently the person helping them would leave and help other people that walk in without an appointment more than they helped our group! I understand that you need to help everyone but you should pay special attention to people who actually put forth the effort to schedule an appointment... Just saying... Also, they didn't really have much that fit the groomsman so he didn't really get to try on anything. Maybe everything in his size was rented out already. Whatever. It was a waste of time. I am glad I chose this place to provide the rentals for the groomsmen. To begin with, the prices were WAY more reasonable than other well known tux places, and they were great quality! My guys looked sharp! They had great promotions. I got 2 free rentals plus a $50 visa gift card (you send in the form after your event), and $50 off my rentals. The girls were super friendly. Marissa, who was the young woman who helped us, was funny, likeable, and an overall pleasure to work with. Even with my frequent changes and edits, she was always pleasant. We did have a few mix ups, but these mistakes were fixed ASAP and with no difficulty. They also give you a good amount of time to return your stuff. They say it's due the next day, but have about a 2 day grace period. Overall, all the guys in my party were happy and pleased with their services... and prices! read more

I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service provided by Marissa. My disabled husband was fitted for a tuxedo for a wedding we were to attend. Marissa ordered the tux to come in a few days early in case of any issues with the fit. Unfortunately, there were a couple of problems and Marissa ordered replacement pieces. Sadly, we were unable to attend the wedding as my husband was unexpectedly hospitalized. Marissa was most gracious when I returned the unused tuxedo. Walked in with my two kids after speaking with one of the associates over the phone 30 minutes prior. I advised her I would be heading over within the hour and she said it would be fine and she would be able to assist me. I get there and she tells me her appointment arrived and she wouldn't be able to assist me until she was finished with her appointment. I will never rent from here again, nor would I recommend to anyone else to rent here. My niece had a wedding and I decided to rent the suit for my dad here. I show up for the initial fitting and things seemed okay. I left my dad with the young lady to get fitted while I went outside to take care of some calls. I told her which suit I wanted for my dad, a nice grey classic suit. My dad is 72, has shrunk to about 5'4" and still has some weight on him. I by no means wanted him in a long tailed white and bright pink tux like some high school kids were trying on that day. Fitting gets finished and they assure me I can pick it up on Friday evening and the wedding is early Saturday morning. We show up Friday evening and the manager gets us our suit and assures its ready, thankfully I insisted on trying it on before leaving. The jacket fit fine but the shirt fit horribly but at least the coat could cover it up... but the pants were skinny slim fit about 6 inches too long! I asked her if these pants were slim fit and she says "yeah but that's okay, everyone wears them like that now", well not my 72 year old dad. If everyone wore jeggings that doesn't mean I would make him wear them. We took the suit as a back up but thankfully we were able to get his other suit cleaned and pressed in time. I could not believe they would think it okay to send someone so badly fitted to take pictures at a special event with a horrible suit. THEY should know what fits and what doesn't. $114 for a horrible experience. Then we get home and realize they didn't put the tie in the garment bag!. To the managers credit, she did give a full refund, after offering $60 first, then me mentioning that I was going to have corporate refund the rest. I guess nobody is perfect and I hope this is more the exception than the norm here. But for my experience they get 1 star. read more

Its small I rank that 1/5 start Cleanliness 5/5 stars Selection 5/5 Stars Customer Service 0/5 stars Reason for one star overall is their attitude and how they talk to customers. I do not know if they like to treat people like dirt, but in that case you will get a mouth full from me. I order my tux for my wedding, didn't get what I need so they sent it back to get resized. Showed up late of course. My groomsman party only had one selections I told them 4 different options to choose. I guess I cannot get that. The lady argue with me and I just showed her the paper that she wrote. Yeah!!! never received an apology. Here is a solution to your problems. I know in the back of your head you don't care. However, I own 3 businesses and they are running successfully. Reason is my customers. Customers pay your wages, pay your living and help your business grow. Change your attitude, have a smile and go above and beyond. If you don't like that retail business then just find something else to do. Go to college they are a lot of free colleges that people can take advantage of just by applying yourself. Listen to your customers put yourself in their shoes. Again retail is hospitality you want more people to come in to get more revenue. Again that's depend on you if you in the business of beating around the bush and don't give a rats butt then that's your right. Personally I would not rent nor recommend any to come to this place.
