DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL CORPORATION FOR ANY OF YOUR HOME APPLIANCE REPAIR. Mike the technician who came out to repair is nothing but a liar, he states he is not the owner yet when you ask him to forward your concerns to the owner its Mike who always calls you back. Here is my experience with Mike, My GE monogram refrigerator needed repair so I called Zulk, Mike came out and diagnosed the issue to be low freon and it might need new control board, he added the freon to the unit. The unit worked for about 30 days then the temperature kept going up all the way to 72 in both freezer and refrigerator unit. I called Zulk, Mike came out again this time with the control board, he replaced the control board and took my old one back and added the freon. At this time he had determined that the unit has freon leak on the high side. The fridge worked for 5 days, so I call Zulk again, this time Mike again came and told us the Inverter is bad. At this point I was pretty upset that since he has not located the source of leak I do not want him to change the inverter until the leak is fixed. Mike tell us he can not fix the unit without replacing the inverter, he then proceeds to tell us to call GE for the repair, GE comes out and will not fix the unit because Zulk had messed with the closed freon system, GE was able to tell me exactly where the leak was coming from. So then I called another company who came out and fixed the unit replaced the part and told me my inverter is completely fine. I called Mike of Zulk to get refund for at least the first portion of the service which he said he would refund me, I have yet to see the refund. They are also not GE Certified appliance repair shop. So what am I trying to achieve by writing this review? If i can convince even few people not to use this guy and his company by making people aware of his business practice that is enough. I am simply sharing my horrible experience with you all so save you your hard earned money and find another company who treats customer better. Mukesh Patel

After my appliance repair man retired I needed a new one. None of my friends had any good referrals…read more, so I called Thermador (my oven was in the fritz) and they recommended RD. The appointment receptionist was exceptional and they could come over the next day. They sent me a map of where the technician was before he arrived! The tech was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem and said parts needed to be ordered, but showed me how to get around the problem in the meantime. He also said my SubZero could use some service and did it immediately. . Overall very happy with RD and would happily recommend them

I was contemplating my decision of just replacing it or using the services of a repairman. I assumed it would be an expensive route seeing as how I didn't know what the issue was, but I'm glad I went with Dinislam. I asked a few other people here on yelp, but he was the quickest to respond and even though he didn't have any reviews showing (he showed me that Yelp actually hides a lot of reviews for some reason), I'm very happy I ultimately chose him. His prices are fair and his work is thorough, I would highly recommend him if you need some sort of repairs done. It took him two visits to get my dryer back up and running, but once he knew what the issue was, he was able to immediately fix the problem, definitely would do business again!

He didn't want to come out and charge me just to make a buck. He asked questions about the agency of the microwave, suggested I purchase a new one and directed me to the company to purchase it from because they would also install it!!! His service was so appreciated! I saved his number and called him today about yet another issue! (Whwn it rains it pours). He called me right back.
