Great store if you have never been here but overall, the prices here are high. its like an ikea maze with whole foods prices. they are known for animated displays that sing lyrics and quotes, an incredible selection of baked goods, soft serve flavors, and their fresh daily lobster rolls. They have some novelty items like candied bacon, freshly made kettle corn, flavored milks, food stations like burgers, lobster rolls, and whole shrimp sample stations. their $16 lobster roll is a great deal. i got a good amount of meat on my hot dog bun and would recommend it if you have never been here and are craving lobster that day. their corn bread baked goods are great too. soft serve flavors are basic vanilla, chocolate, pistachio, mango fruit, strawberry, and raspberry. the yogurt version of the vanilla and chocolate are not tart. they are just made with a yogurt base. It's a great experience, and i enjoyed my time there! However, i would not do my groceries there as most things are 30-50% more expensive (oreos was $8.99, peanut butter $6, 2 lb carrot $3)

An unintended side effect of this journey is seeing which grocery store has the best overall shopping experience and vibe, regardless of chicken. Stew Leonards is UNQUESTIONABLY my pound for pound #1 grocery store in the country, with Market Basket and Buc-ee's (if you count it as a grocery store) being a distant 2 and 3. I knew I was in good hands when I approached the entrance and saw huge text etched in a stone at the front of the store that read "Our Policy: Rule #1 The customer is always right! Rule #2 If the customer is ever wrong, read rule #1!" Legendary. Stew Leonard's is like if a prime Chuck-E-Cheese and Disneyland had a baby (great genetics). It's a true immersive shopping experience. As you wander through the one-way isle throughout the store, you will encounter singing and dancing animatronic robots, a banana on a skateboard that starts singing if you hit the "press here" button, a plush Goofy toy doing constant "flips for customers" as it hangs from the ceiling, an "Ashton Hall's Favorite Water" sign above the Saratoga water cases, etc. All I could think about was how I would LOVE to bring my 1 year old nephew here. There is just so much soul in Stew Leonard's. Along the path, there are stands for products including but not limited to hot buttered lobster rolls, fresh squeeze orange juice, fresh made apple cider donuts, fresh live lobsters, freshly made mozzarella, smash burgers, pizza, tacos, sushi, and a candy shop. It's like walking through a state fair. The rotisserie chicken, sadly, ended up being middywap. A whole tissi ran $7.99 and it ended up landing at 7.7/10, which currently ranks it 40th out of 79 grocery store birds I've tried, but it's way bigger than the bird. I walked in here tired, and left inspired. THANK YOU STEW! IG @johnny.novo Tiktok @jnov__ Substack @johnnynovo

This neighborhood is primarily saturated with families of Latino and Caribbean descent. This restaurant supplies all your needs when cooking authentic dishes from your native country. I was really impressed by all the native soft drinks, cookies and crackers from different countries! So much to choose from. Great produce section with lots to choose from. There is nothing you can't find. This store also carries an extensive Goya aisle with everything from Guava paste to ingredients for flan. The prices here can be hit or miss. Make sure you sign up for a Food Town card for the daily sales. I really love how convenient their hours are !

Just happened Pi day and the day they had the pastel mini-tote bags. Staff was very organized as customers walked through the door - limit 4 bags max. That was either one of each color. The Gallery At Westbury Plaza is an easily-accessible, open-air shopping destination located on Old Country Road in Nassau County and has Old Navy, Saks Fifth Avenue, Paris Baguette, Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas, along with a number of other stores and restaurants. There are plenty of parking spots. Trader Joe's carries a great variety of products from everyday basics like milk, eggs, meat, bakery items, and fresh produce to totes, fresh flowers, and hand lotions. Shelves are fully stocked and staff are friendly. I got lucky one day when I stopped by and saw boxes of the Mini Canvas Tote Bags ($2.99 each). There were a limit of 4 which was sufficient for me to pick up for my friends and I. The green canvas bag ($3.99) was also in stock. The petite bouquets ($3.99) are always fresh and a perfect little gift for yourself or for someone else. I also really enjoy their from the freezer selection like the cookie butter ice cream ($4.99), Jumeokbap (Korean Rice Balls) ($4.99), and Kimbap - Korean Tofu and Vegetable Seaweed Rice Roll ($3.99). Trader Joe's products are affordable and budget friendly.

There are lots of ready-to-eat sides and meals as well, though you can shop for most anything to make great and tasty homemade dishes. The deli line can be long, however the staff is always courteous and prompt. The aisles are compact but well-organized and nicely-presented and the store is notably always very clean. Produce is especially good compared to most other grocery stores in the area. Some of my favorite pick-ups include the sliced fruit tray which consists of pineapple, cantaloupe, honeydew and watermelon, the mozzarella and grilled eggplant, garnished with basil and complete with an olive oil and balsamic dressing on the side, and the potato salad which is nice and chunky and not overly mayonnaise-y tasting. The meat section has a good diversity of burger types, chicken, steak and other meats and can be purchased at the counter or meat display. Additionally, I often find a well-priced special on cleaned shrimp at the seafood counter and make sure I get some fresh broccoli and garlic for a great stir-fry or pasta dish. The cheese selection is always plentiful as well, including many different types of Italian and other European cheeses. And I cannot forget to mention the olive bar, bakery section which includes some gluten/free items prepackaged in the refrigerated section as well as an aisle for gluten-free cookies, crackers and frozen gluten-free pastas (wild mushroom ravioli is my favorite pick of the frozen foods). Additionally, the general selection of marinades and other curated culinary accoutrements is impressive. I am usually there once or twice a week and it's a pleasant and easy shopping experience every time!

I completely get that the weather was extremely cold but to pick up the hero's and them to be completely frozen to the point of me having to not only try and thaw them by placing them close to the heater (which only made them worse) but having to cut them because of the lazy employees that work there just can't finish doing a simple task I also had to throw out all the tomatoes because they were frozen solid and the lettuce started to brown. I'm not the only person who this happened to and when I went to return the boards I was hoping to see the manager but they only had young people working there and they didn't deserve my anger. This place has become a joke of a once proud establishment, they now even outsource there bread because they can't meet the demand. Stay away and go to other places because this place is a disaster!!
