Not to mention she cut 3" off. I went back to tell daughter who wanted to make it better but had to talk to owner who is her mother. Owner called was very nasty. She asked me what my problem was. I tried to explain it to her. She did nothing about the situation called me. A liar said she had a video recording of my haircut. I told her I wanted to come in and sit and go over that video with her because I don't know what she was watching, but what she explained did not happen. She refused to let me see the tape which only validates the horrific experience I had at this salon. Don't make the mistake. I did that I'm still paying for by even trying this salon. I have never in my 57 years experience, the nasty and rudeness from an owner of a salon like I did at this place.

They have heated towels for your neck/head during your shampoo as well. After less than a week this manicure was chipping and peeling, and they were weirdly shaped. I hated them and they were poorly done.
